Researchon The Present Situationand Improving Countermeasuresof Home-school Cooperation In Junior Middle Schools

This paper mainly studies the current situation of home-school cooperation in junior middle school.Based on the retrieval,reading,sorting and analysis of domestic and foreign literatures,a questionnaire is designed about home-school cooperation issues and its validity is verified.The purpose is to find out the problems,analyze the problems,put forward countermeasures to solve the problems,and provide reference for the home-school cooperation of the school by observing some practices of home-school cooperation,conducting interviews,analyzing the situation of home-school cooperation,finding the existing problems,collecting the improving countermeasures of home-school cooperation.The main contents of this paper are following: The first chapter is about the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance,the definition of home school concept,research review at home and abroad,theoretical analysis and research design.The second part is about the current situation of home-school cooperation in the school,mainly investigating parents and teachers on the home school cooperation goal,cooperation time,cooperation mode,cooperation channel,cooperation content,cooperation frequency,cooperation effect and so on.In the third part,the existing problems on the basis of the current situation are analyzed and the causes are found out.The main problems are as follows: the cooperation between home and school is not paid enough attention,the cooperation content and channel are unitary,the responsibility division between home and school is not clear,and the communication frequency between home and school is low;The main reason is that parents and teachers' home-school cooperation goals are not consistent,the work of the parents and teachers is not the same,and their professional quality is not enough.The countermeasures are put forward in the fourth part according to the problems described in the third part,which is to help the school improve the effect of home-school cooperation.It mainly talks about the main content of the research,the shortcomings and prospects in the fifth part.
