In 2019,the Ministry of Education issued the first document on strengthening aesthetic education in universities in view of the current situation of aesthetic education in universities.At present,there are still some problems in aesthetic education in local universities in China,such as the organization of aesthetic education in schools is not in place,the operation mechanism of aesthetic education is not standardized,the security system is imperfections,the team of aesthetic teachers is not professional enough,the curriculum of aesthetic education is not complete enough,and the evaluation and monitoring of aesthetic education is not effective enough.Through the literature reading and the investigation of G university,this paper summarizes the main causes of aesthetic education problems in local universities are the limitations of local economic development,the incomplete understanding of aesthetic education,organization leadership and security insufficient,and the main problem is that aesthetic education system has not been established.In order to promote and reform the aesthetic education in local universities,we set up the corresponding aesthetic education system based on the problems of aesthetic education in local universities,and standardize the work of aesthetic education in universities.First of all,this study uses the literature method to collect the literature about aesthetic education in universities,to inform the research status of aesthetic education and the implementation status of aesthetic education in universities.Secondly,G university,a local comprehensive normal university,is selected as the case study object,and learn about the current situation of aesthetic education in G university through questionnaires and interviews.Through interviews with school administrators in charge of aesthetic education and teachers of general aesthetic education courses,we can understand the development of aesthetic education from the school level.Questionnaires were distributed to students from freshmen to seniors except art majors to realize the effectiveness of aesthetic education in schools from the student level.From the two levels of schools and students to understand the development of aesthetic education,summarize the main problems of aesthetic education in local universities,and analyzes the main causes of aesthetic education problems in local universities.Based on the literature reading and case study,this paper will discuss how to construct the aesthetic education system in local universities.To construct the aesthetic education system in universities,we should make clear the guiding ideology of constructing the aesthetic education system in local universities,establish the principles of constructing the aesthetic education in local universities and determine the construction content of the aesthetic education system in universities,firstly.Secondly,local universities should clarify the content of the construction of aesthetic education system in local universities.Institutional system,standardizing the operation mechanism of aesthetic education;Curriculum system,which takes public art education as the main body,combines aesthetics,aesthetic education and other aesthetic education knowledge as well as the second classroom;Implementing system,defining the responsibility subject and implementation subject of aesthetic education in local universities,and implementing aesthetic education through the teaching of aesthetic education courses and carrying out aesthetic education activities;The evaluation system,to determine the object of evaluation of aesthetic education is the aesthetic effect of aesthetic education curriculum,aesthetic education practice and art competition.The method of aesthetic education evaluation should accord with the characteristics of aesthetic education;The security system includes ideological guarantee: improving the importance of aesthetic education from the ideological level;Team guarantee: to provide aesthetic education teacher development approach;The condition guarantee: increasing investment in aesthetic education,improving infrastructure;Supervision and guarantee: set up a supervisory group to evaluate the aesthetic education work regularly.
