Red cultural resources are advanced cultural resources gradually formed in the practice of revolutionary struggle under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the broad masses of people.They contain rich educational value and historical and cultural deposits..They are gradually formed in the practice of revolutionary struggle and carried forward with the development of history.They contain rich educational value and historical and cultural deposits.As a class administrator,the head teacher plays a variety of roles.The development of his work plays a special role in the healthy growth of students.As an excellent resource to improve the ideological and moral level of students,red cultural resources have their own value,which can enrich the content of class activities,be conducive to the construction of the class,cultivate the patriotism of junior high school students,and enable students to establish correct values.As the birthplace of the Long March spirit,Yudu County is endowed with unique red cultural resources.In recent years,Yudu County has been attaching great importance to the development and utilization of local red cultural resources,inheriting the red gene,and carrying forward the socialist core values.Based on this,taking Hefeng Town in Yudu County as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of Yudu red cultural resources in the work of rural junior middle school head teachers,and makes an in-depth analysis of its achievements,existing problems and causes,so as to further explore the educational value of the red cultural resources and improve the effects of this application.The whole paper is divided into five parts.First,it elaborates the background and significance of the research,the research status and research methods of red cultural resources in relevant literature at home and abroad.Second,the paper contains Yudu red cultural resources and their application principles in rural junior middle school head teachers' work,based on the understanding the rich connotation of Yudu red cultural resources to use.In the process of head teachers' application,they should follow the principles of purpose,typicality and subjectivity.The third part analyses the necessity and feasibility of the application of red cultural resources in the countryside junior middle school head teachers' work.The paper demonstrates the necessity of the application of red cultural resources in head teachers' work from three aspects,namely,the carrying forward of socialist core values,the era calls for quality education and the present situation of the application of head teachers' work.This part also illustrates the feasibility of the use of red cultural resources by listing the value of red cultural resources,enriching the content of head teachers' work,and discussing the characteristics of the students.Fourth,starting from the current situation of the application of the red cultural resources in Yudu County in the rural junior middle school headteachers' work,systematic exploration and analysis are made from the following aspects.First of all,with the method of questionnaire survey,taking three rural junior middle schools in Yudu county town as samples,this part has a key research about the present situation of the application of Yudu red cultural resources in the countryside junior middle school head teachers' work.Besides,based on the collection and analysis of the survey data,the author finds the achievements as well as the problems in the application of Yudu red cultural resources the rural junior middle school headteachers' work.In view of these situations and problems,the reasons are analyzed.Finally,from the aspects of improving the quality of the head teacher,giving play to the students' subjectivity,enriching the application mechanism and creating a good campus cultural atmosphere,explore the optimization measures of the use of red cultural resources in the work of the head teacher in rural junior middle schools.
