With the continuous deepening of education reform,art education was dug out more value and function.In recent years,art education of cultural dissemination function by more and more attention.The local culture is an important part of China's vast cultural system,with curriculum reform efforts of the increase,the development of local art resources and use has become a important content is advocated in the new art curriculum standard.Local art resources is not only rich in content,and convenient,and combining it with the school art teaching,no matter to the fine arts teaching reform or the culture propagation are a kind of innovation.Broaden,XunXian the topic to his hometown of Xun County as an example,the intangible cultural heritage and local junior high school art teaching combined with the promotion of local culture and art teaching.The school is that the students accept knowledge content of the special space,the local culture can be introduced to the school teaching,the local culture develop and spread will be very beneficial.Moreover,according to the local intangible cultural heritage to organize all kinds of art activities,but also can enrich students' campus life."The second class" is the school in the traditional classroom and purposeful,planned organization of extracurricular activities,and traditional classroom are different but closely related to one kind of teaching form.This paper to dredging County Da PI cliff stone mountain and Fuqiu Hill thousands of Buddhist temple and other intangible cultural heritage as an example to carry out art teaching of junior middle school the second classroom activities.In the process of curriculum development,adhering to the idea of the new curriculum reform,the combination of theory with practice,the traditional classroom and "art in the second class," reasonable convergence,to carry out a variety of art the second classroom activities,so as to enrich the content of art teaching,construction has local characteristics of fine arts teaching.Hope through the research in the development with local characteristics of fine arts curriculum at the same time,but also to expand the content and form of the local art teaching.This study in all kinds of literature and practical survey based,combined with the local situation,for junior high school students,art and design of the second classroom teaching activities and in the local schools to start.Make students in close to the life,to understand the local culture and art knowledge.
