The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)clearly states that: "Innovative talent training mode,pay attention to the combination of learning and thinking,advocating heuristic,inquiring,discussion and participatory teaching,to help students learn to learn,stimulate students' curiosity,cultivate students' interests and hobbies,create a good environment for independent thinking,free exploration and innovation." The basic framework of the teaching model of "three stages and six links" is as follows: "three stages" are before class,in class,and after class.In these three stages,students are clearly arranged what to do,namely six links:(1)Learn first before class: preview before class;(2)Feedback on classroom problems;(3)Interactive discussion between students in class(students teach students,teachers supplement);(4)Breakthrough difficulties in teacher-student interaction;(5)consolidation of classroom training;(6)Extension and promotion after class.In a lot of practice,it is found that the knowledge that students really master is acquired after repeated reading,practicing and summarizing,rather than what the teacher instills to them in class.The knowledge obtained through self-learning is firm and flexible,which can better cope with the college entrance examination,stimulate students' interest in independent learning,and lay the foundation for their lifelong learning to acquire knowledge.In the teaching reform in full force of the moment,the choice of this topic to discuss,one is to "introspect",in the experience ofthree years of "three stages six links" teaching model encountered by the teacher's problems and breakthroughs,students in this model of learning,emotional communication and other changes;Second,in order to record this process,summarize experience,in each small link on the operation,easy to communicate with peers,peers,please point out the shortcomings,and then modify,or have a similar situation of the class,you can learn from this kind of teaching model.The author conducted a questionnaire and interview for teachers and students in X High School,during which the application of the teaching mode of "Three Stages and Six Links" in sequence,probability and college entrance examination was highlighted.On this basis,the author proposed the problems in the teaching mode of "Three Stages and Six Links" in the investigation and interview of teachers,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the two aspects of teaching mode design and teaching mode implementation.The research of this paper has certain theoretical significance and practical value for the teaching mode of "Three Stages and Six Links",which can provide some reference for related teaching.
