Research On The Implementation Of County Management School Recruitment Policy For Compulsory Education Teachers In J District In Inner Mongolia

With the improvement of China's economic development level,people's demand for education is becoming higher and higher.At present,the biggest contradiction in China's education field is the contradiction between people's demand for high-quality education and the limited and unbalanced distribution of high-quality educational resources.In this context,the state issued the county management school employment policy.Through the effective implementation of the county management school recruitment policy,strengthen teachers communication between different schools in the region,and effectively improve the teaching level of rural schools.With the balanced development of compulsory education and make it a good education for Students in compulsory education.This study selected the implementation of the county management school recruitment policy for compulsory education teachers in J District.because J District was rated as the second batch of county management school recruitment reform demonstration area in China.This area has representativeness and research value.I hope this study can provide some suggestions for teachers exchange in compulsory education schools in J District.This research is mainly carried out from the following aspects.Firstly,Through consulting and analyzing the relevant texts and data of the county management school recruitment policy in J District,the basic situation,basic practices,supporting measures and the obtained policies of county management school recruitment policy in J District are sorted out.Secondly,By means of questionnaire and interview,It analyzes the problems and causes of county management school recruitment policy J District.Third,Through the comparison of other representative reform demonstration areas to implement the county administrator school recruitment policy text,find the reference experience can be used in J District.Finally,according to the problems encountered in the implementation of county management school employment policy put forward suggestions for improvement.It is hoped that this study can provide some suggestions for the reform of county management school recruitment in Jining District in the future.
