The "National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Plan Outline(2010-2020)" clearly states that "the curriculum reform must be further promoted,to provide students with more choices,and to promote the comprehensive and individual development of students." On this basis,the class system for elective courses began in full swing.With the continuous implementation and deepening of the new curriculum reform,many schools have begun to implement a learning model that combines elective and compulsory courses,and the class-based teaching model has gradually entered people's field of vision.It is no longer a single theoretical study,but a practical practice.The class-based teaching of elective courses has gradually revealed its shortcomings and many problems.How to quickly and effectively solve these problems has become a topic of common concern in the education sector and the society.This article selects S Middle School as the case middle school,and uses a combination of literature review method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods to study the management strategy of elective courses in the high school class system.Through the implementation of the elective courses Discuss the problems and attributions that arise,and make further suggestions.The full text is divided into seven parts:The first part analyzes the system and policy of elective courses in general high schools in China,and expounds the research purpose and significance of the thesis,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods of the thesis,and defines the relevant core concepts.The second part introduces the practice of S middle school elective course teaching,introduces the construction of infrastructure,teacher team,etc.,and clearly clarifies its course mode,course start time,credit distribution and course selection process.The third part is about the implementation of the questionnaire survey,which mainly elaborates the survey samples and the preparation method of the questionnaire.At the same time,it analyzes the survey characteristics of the questionnaire and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the results of the questionnaire.The fourth part analyzes the problems in the management of elective courses in S middle school,using three perspectives,namely,the student's perspective,the teacher's perspective,and the school's perspective to analyze a series of problems arising from the elective course in high school.The fifth part analyzes the attribution of the problems in the management of elective courses in S middle school.The sixth part is to give corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for the existing problems,and make suggestions from the three aspects of the government and schools,teachers,and students.The seventh part is the summary part of the paper,which mainly elaborates and analyzes the results and deficiencies of this research.
