In the new era,the teaching of basic fine arts is developing rapidly,and some problems also appear.Due to the influence of traditional teaching concept in art classroom teaching of T Elementary School in Zhuzhou,the teaching efficiency of art classroom is reduced.Primary school art teaching is an important part of basic aesthetic education.It has unique characteristics in actual teaching,but there are many problems that still need to be improved.Teachers' basic literacy and teaching level,students' learning attitude,learning ability training,art curriculum content setting should gradually adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,the actual art classroom teaching should be combined with reality to stimulate students' interest in learning art,and students should be actively involved in art classroom activities,and practical skills,thinking skills and creative abilities should be cultivated in actual teaching.We should change the traditional training of art skills to the cultivation of art quality and aesthetic consciousness.Let students fall in love with art learning in art teaching and enjoy the happiness brought by aesthetic education.This requires art teachers to have correct education and teaching concepts,and learn to analyze and organize the effective teaching experience of the system under the guidance of modern excellent education ideas and educational theories.Analyze and summarize some excellent education and teaching activities,and select suitable and effective learning activities to guide students.Through improving the effectiveness of teachers' classroom teaching,analysis and summary to form a set of effective teaching strategy system.Therefore,it is of great significance to run through the effective teaching ideas in the art teaching of Tianyuan primary school in Zhuzhou.It can not only improve the efficiency and quality of art teaching in primary school,but also enrich the art teaching methods of Zhuzhou primary school,and promote and improve the teaching development of art classroom in Zhuzhou primary school.This paper aims to help teachers improve their teaching level and efficiency,form good teaching ideas and methods,cultivate students' good learning methods and habits,implement the new curriculum reform and promote basic teaching research.This paper makes a practical research on the actual art teaching characteristics and campus culture of Tianyuan primary school,lists the cases and achievements in the actual teaching,and provides strategic and theoretical support for the effective classroom teaching of art in primary school by analyzing and summarizing excellent teaching cases.It summarizes the meaning,concept and theory of effective teaching,and makes it clear that the effectiveness of teaching depends on the effect of students' learning and their knowledge and growth.At the same time,effective teaching should pay attention to the organic combination of teachers' teaching behavior and students' learning behavior.This paper analyzes how to improve effective teaching methods and practical teaching cases from the aspects of teaching design strategy,implementation strategy,method selection strategy,evaluation strategy and management strategy.It provides a certain method and theoretical basis for art teachers to study teaching materials and curriculum standards,design teaching programs,grasp teaching content,use a variety of teaching methods to carry out classroom teaching and pay attention to teaching evaluation and management and cultivate students' good values.At the same time,it studies the effective teaching strategies based on the excellent cases of paper cutting and conventional teaching in Tianyuan primary school.
