Stratified teaching means that teachers scientifically divide students into several groups with similar levels and treat them differently according to their existing knowledge,ability level and potential tendency.These groups will be best developed and improved through teachers' proper stratified strategies and interactions.The existing multi-level teaching models are diverse,such as the multi-level teaching model within the class,the multi-level monitoring model of the ability target,the"individual" learning model,the multi-level interaction model of classroom teaching and so on.However,there are less mature experience and more disputes in the specific application,and stratified teaching is relatively rare in primary schools.However,the author has deeply realized the necessity and urgency of implementing stratification in mathematics teaching in senior years of primary school.Based on the actual teaching situation of senior years in Yanbei Road Primary School of Ningwozhuang Education Group in Lanzhou City,Gansu Province,the author explores the formation of a new model of stratified teaching,through specific teaching experiments,with the help of literature method,investigation method,quantitative analysis and so on.By analyzing the research background of stratified teaching,the author determines the key content of the research,conceiving the primary mode of stratified teaching--stratified teaching version 1.0,and carries out teaching experiments:The experiment selected students of Yanbei Road Primary School in 2020 as the research object,and grasped the basic situation of the experimental object through the annular diagram comparison of the proportion of excellent,good and poor students in each class and the analysis of a certain examination paper.Based on this,the experimental objective was established,and stratified teaching was carried out for the first time in a complete semester.It includes stratification of learning subject,stratification of classroom teaching,job instruction stratification,stratification of student evaluation,and there are specific operational measures in each aspect of stratification.At the end of the semester,will use the unified organization of the chengguan district bureau of education quality monitoring and diagnosis combined with a questionnaire survey in the diagnosis of the way,the multiple perspectives analysis after data processing,test results of the experiment evaluation,found that the stratified teaching different learning ability to improve students' mathematical learning ability to apply effective,significantly lower proportion of poor student,the proportion of medium lives improved obviously,It has narrowed the gap between students in the class.Through the application of version 1.0 in the teaching practice,the author also found some deficiencies and areas that can be further improved,such as the specific hierarchical teaching,the links are scattered,teachers still feel more complicated in management,and the proportion of top students in academic level monitoring is basically unchanged.On the basis of summarizing the problems and shortcomings,the author put forward the 2.0 version of layered teaching(the upgraded version of 1.0 version)after repeated thinking,and began to experiment.As the research objects of experiment 1.0 have graduated,the research objects of experiment 2.0 are selected from the class of 2023,and the experiment duration is also increased compared with the previous stage.The experiment is planned to last for 3 academic years,namely the whole senior year(the experiment has been implemented for 1 academic year when the paper is due to be submitted).Integrate the scattered layered teaching behavior into "two 1"--1 layered guide plan,1 layered homework list,divide the parts into a whole,that is,the teaching plan into a learning plan,the target stratification,lesson preparation stratification,implementation stratification,practice stratification four in one,integrated in a guided learning plan;Optimize the operation management,realize light load and high efficiency,the operation form tends to be unified,reduced to a single operation sheet.Through quality monitoring,it is found that under the layered teaching version 2.0,the proportion of top students has also increased,the proportion of medium students is more and more,and the proportion of poor students is less and less.Compared with version 1.0,version 2.0 has more complete content,simpler form and more obvious effect.And in the process of practice teaching,all stratified teaching is established under the mental health education guarantee system,forming"MHE(A+B+2)" stratified teaching mode.
