| The society progress is inseparable from the progress of education. As the reformation of basic education is propelled continuously in our country, the teacher's role is more and more importantly. On the other hand, because the development of economic and cultural are uneven in different regions, the diversity of teaching is necessary to practice more under the uniform provisions and the fundamental demands of the state education commission. How to exert the student's special skill and how to develop student's personality, in the fine arts teaching of the elementary school, are not only for the teaching requests of students but also for the development of a school. Because the differences of quality and cognitive ability between students, the single fine arts teaching cannot receive the teaching target of aesthetics with all students. Usually, the student's quality includes the understanding of knowledge and handing ability. In fact, The layered teaching is a outcome of the quality education, it stratify the teaching elastically according to the individual difference between the students, and evaluate the teaching effectiveness dynamically. thus research, about the layered teaching in fine arts of elementary school, is still rare. In this paper, we propose a method of the layered teaching in fine arts of elementary school, and report the application in the Mingde road elementary school. As a result of the compared experiment, this method can obtain the better appraisal of aesthetic teaching for all students. |
