This article takes H University as the research object,takes academic adivising service quality as the research content,sorts out related literature,comprehensively uses SERVQUAL model,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensively analyze the academic adivising service quality of H University.First,analyze the academic adivising system of H University in my country;secondly,based on the SERVQUAL model,an evaluation index system with 5 dimensions and 24 secondary indicators is constructed.Collect data through questionnaires,use AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods to evaluate the quality of academic adivising service of H University;thirdly,use the IPA model matrix to propose the improvement strategy of academic adivising service quality of H University;finally,from the construction of unified leadership and division of responsibility It puts forward safeguard measures in three aspects: the integrated academic adivising management system,the establishment of a quality improvement mechanism,and the establishment of a development-oriented guiding concept.The research found that,first,the academic adivising service system of H University has the characteristics of personalized guidance goals,decentralized guidance processes,diversified guidance subjects,and diversified guidance forms.Second,the academic adivising of H University has certain problems in institutional settings and key links.Thirdly,students are less satisfied with the quality of academic adivising service of H University,and the results indicate that the quality of academic adivising service of H University urgently needs to be improved.Fourth,establish an IPA model matrix chart based on the evaluation results,propose service quality improvement strategies from five dimensions,and then propose four aspects of strengthening strategies for improvement areas,cultivation strategies for opportunity areas,improvement strategies for maintenance areas,and transition strategies for advantageous areas.Comprehensive improvement strategy of service quality.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the quality of academic adivising service of H University,and proposes to build an academic adivising management system that combines unified leadership and division of labor from the aspects of schools,colleges,majors(departments),professional teachers and managers,and establishes service quality improvements.Mechanism,finally proposed to establish a developmental guidance concept,pay attention to outstanding students,strengthen the guidance of students with academic difficulties,and provide ideas for the improvement of academic adivising services of H University.
