With the deepening of higher education system reform and intensified competition in job market, colleges and universities begin to develop quality education, improve training mode and quality, which has been a development trend in the world. Many specific ways as follows are adopted: integrating science education and human education, combining science with arts, strengthening basic education, expanding the scope of major, leading students how to study and survive, etc.However, the evaluation of college students comprehensive quality is a problem in the process of developing quality education. The existing evaluation method is too simple. It focuses on relative evaluation and horizontal comparison, while neglect vertical individual comparison, which influences the function of encouragement, feedback and adjustment. As a result, it is unfavorable to the improvement of college students comprehensive quality and their development.In view of the above problems, this paper makes relative research through connecting theoretical study with empirical study, combining qualitative study with quantitative study and applying the theory of education evaluation. In order to construct a scientific evaluation system, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed based on analyzing the request of college students comprehensive quality systematically.The paper includes six chapters. Chapter one introduces the research theme after a brief summary of the status of college students' comprehensive quality both at home and abroad. Chapter two summarizes main theories related to college students' comprehensive quality evaluation study, including quality education evaluation theory , education evaluation theory and talent evaluation theory. In chapter three ,the current situation of college students' quality education and its evaluation is addressed and the necessity of college students ' comprehensive quality evaluation is clearly defined. Chapter four establishes the evaluation system which includes index of 5 one class: ideological and moral quality, specialty quality, physical and mental qualities, humanities quality and capacity quality. Based on the above analyses, evaluation method and the organization and execution of evaluation system are illustrated in chapter five. In this part, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is employed to evaluate sample students, which proves the scientific effect of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. In the last chapter, the conclusion is made.
