Chinese reading teaching has always been the main part in Chinese teaching, until today, is still a Reading-based teaching system. Chinese textbooks are still in a reading-based materials system. There is no doubt reading teaching occupies a dominant position in Chinese Teaching. In accordance with Chinese students'general psychological laws, Chinese teachers are teaching them to read to master knowledge and ability, and guide students to study Chinese text-based knowledge, train language proficiency, develop the intelligence and the temperament sentiment in teaching. To achieve the task of teaching Chinese, reading joints with listening, speaking and writing to develop students'personality all-roundly. In order to be able to better implement the teaching objectives, teachers would set up a number of questions to stimulate students interest in learning so that students have a strong desire to study and actively participate in the study, to promote the development intellectual potential of students, improve humanities quality of students. Designed clever question, you can provide students with the exchange, cooperation, exploration, development platform, to enable students to solve the problem at feel the charm of the text and learn to consider and learn to create, resulting in the development of creative thinking of students.Have been to design questions purposely, more than 2000 years ago Confucian carried out on teaching practice. Under the influence of Constructivism theory, Chinese and foreign educators have been studied carefully the design of classroom questions, and agreed that good designed questions would mobilize the powers of observation, attention, memory, imagination and thinking skills of students, and teacher-student interaction would optimize the Classroom teaching. Questions have become indispensable as a means in classroom teaching. Designing questions effectively would be able to stimulate students'interest in reading, lead to explore the awareness, take specific measures to develop the thinking ability, so that teaching objectives would be implemented. In reading teaching, questioning is an effective means to promote students thinking, in-depth understanding of the text. Questioning in an appropriate way has a major significance in improving the quality of teaching. All the above, teachers must have a thorough understanding, sober analysis, accurate estimates on a solid foundation, and to be clear about the requirements of the content of textbooks, students of the status quo.In the current reading teaching, the missing of question awareness is found from time to time in students, and of the situation of questions poorly designed in teachers. Three factors caused the missing of question awareness in students; the first is that students with lower and narrow reading levels; the second lies in their psychological development which has not matured enough, and no enough knowledge of adequate reserves; the third reason is that some teachers do not encourage and support students to question. There is a considerable problem in teachers because questions are poorly designed. Some teachers misunderstand, thinking the problem is the question with heuristic approach, leading to the proliferation of questioning in classroom; some teachers do not have their own questions, in accordance with the teaching materials or teaching designed to senate questions, rather than for students originally.A combination of these above conditions, the author have done the appropriate research. in preparation questions in classroom. Teachers should be devoted to creating a learning environment to communicate equally, develop a sense of questioning for students, pay attention to stimulate students interest in learning, and teachers delve into the text with questions and seize every opportunity to inspire and induce students, and evaluate the answer timely. All questions should be targeted, and ultimately point to the teaching objectives. This requires that tthe problem should be guided by the corresponding design principles - the principle of fun, the level of principle, the principle of generation, aesthetic principles, the principle of universality and the principle of tailor. Hope that through the above-mentioned study could promote the future reading teaching.
