Problem-based teaching is the basic teaching ideology of constructivism.Its goal is high-quality learning for students.The core is to develop high-level thinking and problem-solving abilities.According to the teaching guidelines of the problem-based teaching method,the basic problems in the teaching of aerobics are studied.It has important theoretical and practical significance.In order to ensure the authenticity and validity of the research data,this article uses a variety of research methods,including pedagogical experiment method,literature method and questionnaire survey method.Taking the problem-based teaching method in the aerobics teaching of Xi ' an Tieyi Middle School as the research object,according to the current situation,the cause analysis and the countermeasure suggestions as the technical route,to test the application effect of the problem-based teaching method in the aerobics,the results display:((1)Through the use of question-based teaching method in the teaching of aerobics,the aerobics skill scores of the experimental group and the control group are checked.Generally speaking,the professional skill performances of the experimental group students are better than those of the control group.The application of teaching method in aerobics teaching has a good effect.(2)In terms of learning status,the author conducted an investigation and research on the experimental group and the control group students from the four dimensions of learning interest,independent learning ability,cooperative awareness and problem awareness.The results showed that:The first,In terms of learning interest,after adopting the problem teaching method in aerobics teaching,a comparative analysis of the learning interest of the experimental group and the control group students found that there are significant differences in the learning interest of the two groups of students,indicating that the problem teaching method is improving Students have good results in their learning interests.Second,In terms of autonomous learning ability,after applying the problem-based teaching method in aerobics teaching,a comparative analysis of the autonomous learning ability of the experimental group and the control group students found that there are significant differences in the autonomous learning ability of the two groups of students,indicating the problem The teaching method has a good effect in improving students' independent learning ability.Third,In terms of cooperation awareness,after applying the problem-based teaching method in aerobics teaching,a comparative analysis of the cooperative awareness of the experimental group and the control group students found that there are significant differences in the cooperative awareness of the two groups of students,indicating the problem-based teaching method It has a good effect in improving students' sense of cooperation.Fourth,In terms of problem awareness,after applying the problem-based teaching method in the aerobics teaching,a comparative analysis of the problem awareness of the experimental group and the control group was carried out.It was found that there were significant differences in the problem awareness of the two groups of students,indicating that the problem-oriented The teaching method has a good effect in improving students' awareness of problems.Based on the above results,suggestions are made:(1)If you want to use the problem-based teaching method in aerobics teaching,you must first conduct a more in-depth research on the problem-based teaching theory,especially in the preparation and implementation process,you must carefully analyze the content of the course to be taught.In the implementation process,we must carefully design the problems,combine the key and difficult points in teaching,and connect the whole teaching activities with problems.Strict teaching design,so that students can learn independently under the guidance of problems.(2)In the teaching process of using problem-based teaching,the design of the problem should be combined with the actual situation,and it should be able to reflect the real teaching situation.Problem-based teaching emphasizes letting students integrate into real situations to discover and solve problems.Teachers should design ingeniously to transform teaching content into problem situations,so that students can establish problem awareness,and only when they can find problems can they be solved.(3)In the problem-based teaching process,when dividing students into groups,we should try our best to consider factors such as students' personality and technical level.Give full play to the role of the group and strengthen the collective concept among student group members.Establish a united and cohesive group so that group members can help each other in learning and make progress together.(4)After this teaching experiment,the author believes that
