In recent years,the state has paid more and more attention to the physical health of teenagers.Physical education has also become the focus of attention,and school physical education has gradually received attention.The purpose of this paper is to study the implementation status of physical education and health curriculum in ordinary high schools in Shuangliu District,Chengdu,with the aim of helping physical education teachers and schools to develop better in physical education and providing advice and help for the development of curriculum in Shuangliu District,Chengdu.On the basis of reading and studying a large number of references at home and abroad,this paper distributed questionnaires to 660 students and 60 physical education teachers in six high schools in Shuangliu District,interviewed their school leaders and experts in relevant sports departments,and analyzed the research results by means of mathematical statistics to understand the specific situation of physical education curriculum implementation in ordinary high schools in this area and provide suggestions for the implementation of physical education curriculum in Shuangliu District.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.In terms of the current situation of curriculum implementation,through research and investigation,it is found that the formulation of physical education teaching plans and the use of physical education textbooks in some schools are not updated,and they still use the traditional teaching plans and textbooks,which affects the implementation of physical education curriculum to a certain extent.The age structure of teachers is more reasonable,and there is more room for development in terms of working experience and professional title.In terms of curriculum,school leaders in Shuangliu District pay more attention to physical education,physical education teachers are familiar with the curriculum of Chengdu,and students are more interested in physical education.2.In terms of the problems existing in the implementation of physical education curriculum,first of all,in terms of curriculum implementation and training,physical education teachers in Shuangliu District have less training time and relatively simple training methods.The implementation of teaching objectives in the course is not balanced lack of physical exercise content;In terms of teaching content,teachers lack of teaching of basic health knowledge;The organization form of teaching method is single,the space is limited,the lack of interest is not conducive to the implementation of the course;The first aspect of the evaluation is the original thought interference of the physical education teachers,who think that students with good athletic ability are good in physical education.The second reason is that health behavior and sports character are not easy to quantify the way to evaluate.3.In terms of countermeasures to improve the implementation of physical education curriculum,the author combined the characteristics of the school,enhanced training to improve teaching objectives,enhanced innovation of teaching content,and combined the reality with diversified teaching organization forms.Change the teaching method,strengthen the balance of teaching evaluation,pay attention to the cultivation and promotion of teachers' cultural quality,so as to help improve the practical application of Shuangliu District High School in curriculum implementation,and provide insight for the implementation of physical education curriculum in Shuangliu District High School.
