| The work content of the teaching and research group is too single,often only serving the development of students,but neglecting the attention and development of teachers’ professional quality,and failing to give play to the positive significance of collective for personal development.The development of the new curriculum reform requires the professionalization of teacher development,which requires teachers to cooperate with each other,establish harmonious interpersonal relationships,create a good cooperative cultural atmosphere,and build the teaching and research group into a teacher professional learning community.This article is mainly divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction.In this part,the research background and significance,literature review,research thinking and approaches of this article are mainly introduced,and the theories and literature on the construction of learning community and teaching research group at home and abroad are introduced.Sort out the analysis,so as to lay a certain theoretical foundation for the research of this article;the second part is the connotation analysis about teaching and research group construction in high school from the perspective of learning community.This chapter mainly defines the core concepts of this article,including the two core contents of learning community and teaching and research group construction.It also discusses the specific basic elements of the construction of teaching and research group from the perspective of learning community;the third part is the focus of this article,based on the investigation of the construction of teaching and research groups under the perspective of learning community.This part mainly includes three aspects.It gives a detailed description of the survey object and survey methods,and then conduct a questionnaire survey and specific interviews based on the current situation of the construction of the L high school English teaching and research group.Lastly,it aims to summarize and analyze the problems in the construction of teaching and research group from the perspective of learning community,so as to propose the necessity and urgency of the construction of the L high school English teaching and research group;the fourth part combines the problemsin the construction of English teaching and research group in L high school in the third part,so specific strategies for the construction of L high school English teaching and research group based on the perspective of learning community are proposed.In the research,it is found that in the process of building a learning community,the teaching and research group itself still has major problems,mainly the problems of inadequate construction,insufficient application,and poor construction effect.Therefore,in the specific research,the teaching and research environment for the cooperation and exchange of the teaching and research group is proposed,the resource development of the teaching and research group personnel is supposed to be strengthened,the diversified cooperation and communication platform of the teaching and research group are required to be constructed.Finally,strengthen the construction of complete management systems and other aspects. |
