Group text reading means that teachers and students organize and integrate multiple texts around topics,expand connections,compare similarities and differences,so as to realize problem solving and meaning construction.Different from the traditional single reading teaching Group article reading plays a more effective role in students' learning,teachers' teaching,and even in the development of the whole reading teaching.However,the author found that behind the phenomenon of group reading teaching in full swing,it did not achieve the expected ideal teaching effect.Mind map is a kind of thinking tool combining picture and text,which has the functions of efficient memory,divergent thinking and aggregation thinking.The application of mind map in group reading teaching will help to improve the efficiency of group reading teaching.The text of this paper contains five chapters.The first chapter is an overview of mind mapping and group text reading.First of all,mind mapping method and the concept of group article reading,introduces the theoretical basis,main characteristics,functions,and out of mind mapping to help determine the best issues and text,visual group article reading process,clear group article reading methods,personalized assessment group article reading four aspects in this paper,the value of mind mapping in group article reading.The second chapter investigates the current situation of group text reading teaching in junior middle school and analyzes the problems.It points out that the main problems of group text reading include too single topic setting,limited scope of text selection,unilateral teaching by teachers in class,formalized teaching process,and imperfect evaluation system.The third chapter introduces the application of mind mapping in group text reading class,which mainly includes two aspects: helping teachers to determine topics and group text,and helping students to carry out targeted group text preview.The fourth chapter introduces the role of mind mapping in group text reading class.Teachers use the mind mapping of "drawing lessons from one example","seeking common ground while shelving differences" and "using text to explain text" to help classroom teaching.Students use the mind mapping tool to record class notes efficiently.The fifth chapter introduces the role of mind mapping in group text reading evaluation.On the one hand,mind mapping can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate teachers' group text reading teaching process;on the other hand,mind mapping can be used as an evaluation object to evaluate students' group text reading learning effect.
