Case Work Intervention And Study Of Dysfunctional Families In YP District Of Shanghai

With the promulgation of the family education promotion Law and the state's attention to family education and family tradition,to some extent,it reflects that family problems are social problems that can not be ignored.Closely associated with China's population structure,marriage and family relations in ages and under the situation of demographic dividend gradually disappear,lack of family functioning on family members may be the influence of different level,is not conducive to the harmonious development of society,lack of family functioning problems should be pay attention to.The purpose of this study is to explore a feasible way to solve the problem of family dysfunction from the perspective of social work practice,mainly using interview method and observation method,combined with task-centered mode.In this study,three typical cases in YP district of Shanghai were selected to discuss the negative impact of lack or insufficiency of family educational function,emotional function and economic function on individual family members and corresponding solutions.Results show that it is a social work as a family system theory,art theory as the instruction,involvement in family education,emotional,and economic function lack of practice is given priority to with the individualized service,pay attention to the case of diversity,to enhance the art of personal and family force through ascension home system resilience to reshape the family function;Second,the imbalance of family functions will affect every member of the family.The negative behaviors that children learn from their elders will strengthen and reflect on family members.The role of mothers in the family will guide the trend of family relations and thus affect the performance of family functions.The third is to accurately identify the problems and needs of service objects in the practical process,focusing on the impact of the service duration of case work on the service effectiveness,and the key is to formulate reasonable service objectives according to the project indicators.Social work involves dysfunctional families in the form of case work,which can effectively reshape or perfect family functions,promote individual development,increase family happiness and improve social well-being.
