Rural teacher culture is the cultural accumulation of rural teachers' collective community and an important part of rural campus culture.The rural teacher culture in which rural teachers are immersed every day constructs a cultural ecological environment that teachers must contact all the time and penetrate deeply.Meanwhile,it goes deep into rural teachers' beliefs,attitudes and understanding of work,thus forming a more profound influence on rural teachers.As the main force of rural education,rural teachers undertake the important task of rural education development,and the cultural crisis of rural teachers will affect the concept,attitude and behavior of rural teachers,but also indirectly affect the development of rural education.This article selects the X rural middle school in Shan Dong province as the research object,the researchers have access to the research area for two times four months of field investigation,further in the third grade classrooms teachers and become a part of it,as a student teacher in the process of gradually integrated into the found that the teacher culture presents the status quo,muddle along,Therefore,X rural middle school is taken as a field point to see the cultural crisis of rural teachers.Through field investigation,the cultural dilemma of teachers in X rural middle school is deeply analyzed from the spiritual level,including professional values,education and teaching view,professional development view and behavior mode.The research finds that the cultural and spiritual dilemma of X rural middle school teachers is reflected in the following aspects:professional values--we are busy workers in the corner of the countryside,and the profession of rural teachers is a secure "dwelling place";Educational teaching view--recessive selective teaching view and student view of "leading by nose";Professional development-adaptive and purposeful professional development.In the aspect of behavior pattern,the dilemma is as follows:the teaching behavior of "habitus" suitable for oneself;Interpersonal communication gradually alienated;Professional development practices are increasingly "inefficient".At the level of behavior mode,the crisis is manifested in the following aspects: the teaching behavior "does not solve its root cause but does not solve its end";Interpersonal communication gradually defamiliarization;Professional development practices "turn a blind eye".Based on the overall presentation of the cultural crisis of X rural middle school teachers,it is analyzed that the main causes of the crisis are limited local financial energy and inadequate implementation of external welfare security.Rural teachers flow to the city "no door" and satisfied with the status quo for stability;The "implemented" teacher training model covers the independent professional development needs of rural teachers;Village teachers are governed by a pyramid of bureaucracy.Based on the above reasons,this paper puts forward the improvement way of rural teachers' cultural dilemma: First,the government should guarantee the welfare benefits of rural teachers through multiple channels to provide promotion space,so that rural teachers can see the hope;By constructing the supporting system of learning ability between rural teachers and schools,it provides energy for the cultural development of rural teachers.The school should build a free exchange platform for teachers to promote the open sharing of rural teachers and the establishment of cooperative culture of rural teachers.To stimulate the autonomy of rural teachers' development and provide the driving force of rural teachers' cultural development;At the same time,the principal should change the leadership concept and implement humanistic management mechanism to promote the good development of teacher culture.Finally,the rural teachers should promote the full absorption of local culture and supply local nutrients for the rural teacher culture.It is hoped that this approach can provide ideas for the improvement of rural teachers' cultural difficulties and promote the good development of rural teachers' culture in the future.
