Wisdom is the quality expression of education development to a certain stage,the essential characteristic of education,and the eternal pursuit of teachers' professional development.In the 21 st century,people pay more attention to the quality of education,the development of students' personality and the cultivation of wisdom.At this time,the classroom teaching wisdom of primary school Chinese teachers is particularly important.Teachers in the classroom teaching reveal teaching wisdom,performance as the creative processing of teaching content,flexible and clever processing teaching events,keenly capture the classroom teaching resources,the students 'ideas or "strange problem" to based on the student experience background and comprehensive application of cognitive structure,promote students' independent construction knowledge and comprehensive Ability improvement,promote the efficient generation of classroom teaching...and so on,the process of students acquiring knowledge becomes a process of turning to wisdom,in which the application of teachers' teaching wisdom plays a huge role.Based on this,this research focuses on primary school Chinese classroom,and raises the representation of teachers' teaching wisdom in primary school Chinese classroom.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into four parts:The first part of the introduction puts forward the reasons of this research,through the collection and sorting of the relevant domestic and foreign literature,established the research purpose and significance of this paper,choose the research methods,and determine the research ideas.The second part is to explain the relevant concepts of teaching wisdom,the performance characteristics of teaching wisdom in primary school Chinese classroom,and the value embodiment of teachers' teaching wisdom in primary school Chinese classroom.The third part is based on the examples of classroom wisdom based on the relevant theoretical research and classroom observation.In this study,the teaching wisdom demonstrated by primary school Chinese teachers in the classroom is divided into four forms of expression,and the specific expression pattern and presentation process of each teaching wisdom in the classroom teaching process are analyzed combined with specific classroom observation examples.The fourth part is based on the interview of the generation mechanism of teachers' teaching wisdom in primary school Chinese classroom.From the internal basis of teaching wisdom,the mechanism of teaching wisdom to guarantee the scientific and democratic teachers evaluation standards are discussed.The fifth part is to put forward the enlightenment of teachers' teaching wisdom in primary school Chinese classroom.In order to construct the feasibility and flexibility of primary school Chinese teachers in classroom teaching,the paper is mainly studied from two aspects of individual teachers and school management.This study tries to combine theory and practice,mainly explore primary school Chinese teachers in classroom teaching is how to show teaching wisdom,and combined with the interview of research object,analysis of primary school Chinese classroom teachers teaching wisdom generation mechanism,in order to construct for ordinary primary school Chinese teachers in the classroom teaching and generate teaching wisdom can provide reference experience.
