Investigation On The Integrated Development Of School Physical Education And Family Physical Education In Tangshan Primary School

Children are in the early stage of growth and development,and their bones are still imperfectly developed.Primary school physical education can promote good bone development and also make the cardiovascular system get a good exercise in sports.At the same time it can also cultivate good psychological quality of students and make their mental health develop smoothly.Primary physical education is one of the important elements of overall primary education and the starting point of lifelong physical education.An important factor in the success or failure of the implementation of quality education is to improve the quality of physical education for primary school students and to correctly achieve the goals of physical education.It is not enough to rely only on schools to provide physical education to students;it is necessary to have the support and assistance of families.Understanding the current situation of the integration development of school physical education and family physical education can provide physical education teachers and parents with a variety of educational concepts and useful tools to solve the problems of primary physical education and promote the integration development of school physical education and family physical education.Through a survey of elementary school physical education teachers,students and their parents in Tangshan City,we summarized and analyzed the current situation of school physical education,family physical education,and the integration and development of school physical education and family physical education in Tangshan City elementary school,explored the factors affecting the integration and development of family physical education and school physical education and their causes,explored the strategies for the integration and development of school physical education and family physical education in Tangshan City elementary school,and provided valuable research on the integration and development of school physical education and family physical education.Theoretical references.It will help students develop a lifelong awareness of physical education,help them develop the habit of physical exercise,increase the time of physical exercise for primary school students in Tangshan City,which in turn will enhance their physical fitness and improve their health,and promote the integration and development of family physical education and school physical education.It is of great significance to promote the development of children's fitness sports.The study concluded the following:(1)There are still more problems with physical education in elementary school in Tangshan City,such as insufficient class time,lack of venue equipment,and unbalanced teacher strength in urban and rural elementary school.(2)The content of family sports in elementary school in Tangshan City is relatively homogeneous,the frequency of sports is low,and the duration of sports is relatively short.(3)The integration of school sports and family sports in Tangshan elementary school is at an immature stage.(4)The factors that affect the development of integration of school sports and family sports are mainly school rules and regulations,sports venues and facilities,teachers,student groups,parent groups and social administration.
