Reading is an important content of primary and secondary school teaching,an important means to improve the comprehensive quality of students and teachers,and an important means to promote the overall development of students.Cultivating the reading ability of primary and middle school students is one of the teaching means,because in the new training curriculumthe content of language curriculum will be expanded,and the view of the communicative relevance of language itself will gradually change,It explores a wider range of language learning opportunities to ensure the positive impact of language teaching on all aspects of students' learning.At the same time,the reading comprehension ability and learning ability of students aged 6 to 12 are also developing rapidly,which has brought significant benefits to students.In this regard,teachers should earnestly refer to textbooks,consider the individual differences of students from the perspective of overall development,and focus on the actual effect of the curriculum when formulating the curriculum.Taking h primary school in Harbin as an example,this study studies the current situation of students' reading skills development,finds out the problems existing in teaching,and puts forward constructive suggestions on students' reading skills development strategies.This study is divided into four partsThe first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the theme,reason,purpose and significance of the research,the review of internal and external literature,the definition of basic concepts,the theoretical basis of the research,as well as the content and methods of the research.Secondly,it investigates the current situation of the development of primary school students' reading skills in Chinese teaching.Firstly,it expounds the contents of the questionnaire and interview.Secondly,it selects the fifth grade foreign language teachers of Harbin h primary school to spread the questionnaire.Finally,it analyzes the current situation data of the questionnaire.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons in the cultivation of primary school students' reading skills in Chinese teaching.The results of the second part show that the basic skills of Chinese teaching in N primary school in Harbin can be mastered,but the teaching methods are wrong and their own skills need to be improved;The teaching goal is not clear and the teaching evaluation is not scientific;Students' targeted reading preparation and lack of practical reading activities are ignored.D.Harbin City Harbin h primary school has good reading ability.At the same time,there are a series of problems such as short-term reading,relatively monotonous material reading and low reading activity.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of reading skills of students in N primary school in Harbin,it is not difficult to find the current situation in this regard: from the teaching level,teachers' teaching content is less innovative;The choice of teaching methods is relatively strict.From the perspective of students,students are greatly influenced by teachers in the process of reading;When students don't pay enough attention to reading.The fourth part mainly puts forward suggestions and measures on Teachers' reading methods and further study,educational objectives and teaching evaluation,and the cultivation of classroom reading ability.In terms of reading methods,we should enrich the reading students with our teachers and constantly optimize the reading effect;Improve teachers' quality and pay attention to learningKnowledge reserve.The purpose and method of educational evaluation is a breakthrough.Its core is to cultivate students' reading skills,stimulate students' positive behavior under the appropriate guidance of teachers,significantly develop students' reading ability and carry out diversified reading evaluation.In the development of classroom reading skills,create a warm reading atmosphere to ensure the integrity of reading time;Hold classroom reading activities to encourage students to actively participate.In the research process,the author always draws lessons from practice to make the suggestions really effective and feasible,because the original purpose of the research author is to help students improve their development by developing reading skills.At present,the situation of primary school h is sufficiently representative,which is not an example in practice.The research is committed to formulating strategies to make inference acceptable in the context of language practice,and finally arouse the attention of teachers and schools to students' reading ability.
