In recent years,with the reform of chemistry curriculum and the promulgation of the new curriculum standard,new educational ideas are constantly developing.The traditional teaching mode pays more attention to scores and ignores students' comprehensive literacy.The new curriculum standard emphasizes the importance of cultivating students' core literacy of scientific inquiry.Chemistry curriculum also vigorously advocates inquiry teaching,so as to develop students' thinking and cultivate students' creative ability.In each link of scientific inquiry,conjecture and hypothesis play an important role,but there is a lack of methods and tools to scientifically measure students' conjecture and hypothesis ability in actual chemistry classroom teaching.In line with the idea of promoting development through evaluation,based on the relevant theories of inquiry learning,"conjecture and refutation",constructivism,multiple intelligences and learning motivation,this paper uses the PTA basic element analysis method to compile the 100 point evaluation scale of senior high school students' chemical conjecture and hypothesis ability.Through the methods of questionnaire survey,classroom observation and combined with the actual interview results,collect the students' performance,make a comprehensive score corresponding to each index element of the scale,determine the ability level,and realize the scientific evaluation of chemical conjecture and hypothesis ability.The conclusion of this paper is that the level of chemical conjecture and hypothesis ability of senior high school students is uneven,there is no significant difference between men and women,the number of conjectures put forward is small,and the innovation is not strong.Compared with senior one and senior two students,senior three students have a slightly stronger overall ability,and the scores of correlation and diversity,scientificity,testability and innovative elements are the highest.Based on this,teaching suggestions are put forward.
