In recent years,my country has carried out a series of reforms in the field of education and revised the curriculum standards.The original monotonous teaching mode has limited the development of education in my country to a certain extent.This limitation is particularly prominent in biology experiment teaching,which makes many students lose interest in biology experiment class,which is not conducive to students' learning and indirectly affects the development of biology experiment class,which requires teachers to actively explore new teaching models..In this paper,by combining the 5E teaching mode with the core literacy of the subject,the research on the practice of biology experiment teaching is carried out,and the relationship between the core literacy of the subject and the 5E teaching mode is deeply explored,and a biological experimental teaching plan that integrates the 5E teaching mode of the core literacy of the subject is designed.,further explored the specific implementation methods of the 5E teaching mode,and looked forward to providing new ideas for improving the current situation of biology experimental teaching.This research firstly sorts out the concepts of biology core literacy,5E teaching mode,and high school biology experimental teaching by collecting and consulting relevant materials,and on this basis,builds a theoretical foundation that is consistent with biology core literacy and 5E teaching model;The definition of biological core literacy and the characteristics of biological experiment courses analyze the 5E teaching mode,which will help to implement the theoretical feasibility of core literacy,and provide a theoretical research basis for this topic.Secondly,carry out a questionnaire survey on high school students,organize and analyze the survey data,analyze the learning situation of high school students' biology experiment course and the construction and application of 5E teaching mode in high school biology experiment teaching,and summarize the reasons for this situation.At the same time,we conducted interviews and exchanges with a high school biology teacher to understand the attitudes and views of local high school biology teachers on the use of traditional teaching models and 5E teaching models in biology experimental teaching,and summed up relevant problems,conclusions and suggestions.Finally,combined with The content of the high school biology experiment course and the principles of the 5E teaching mode application are designed for relevant experimental teaching and applied in classroom practice.In the process of classroom practice,select the same experimental class to observe and record the two classes,analyze the classroom performance of the students in the two classes and the teaching completion of the teachers,and prove that this teaching mode can effectively guide the students to conduct Scientific inquiry and cooperative learning;after the course of this semester,conduct mean analysis and independent sample T on the total post-test scores,experimental scores and experimental scores in terms of life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,and social responsibility of the experimental class and the control class The results show that this teaching mode can improve students' academic performance and help to cultivate students' core literacy.After analyzing the classroom observation records and students' performance,this study draws the following conclusions: First,the 5E teaching model is feasible in high school biology experimental teaching;second,the 5E teaching model can help improve students' classroom participation;Third,the 5E teaching mode helps to improve the students' test scores;Fourth,the 5E teaching mode helps to cultivate students' core literacy.
