As an important part of educational activities,teachers' professional development and career development have attracted more and more attention from schools and society.A student's middle school is a key period in his or her life.As a major participant in the growth of middle school students,middle school teachers not only shoulder the teaching pressure of students' entering higher school,but also shoulder the responsibility of guiding students' physical and mental health development.More and more "post-90s" have become middle school teachers.Most of them are in the initial stage of their career development,facing adaptability problems in all aspects of work and pressure in life and economy.This requires middle school teachers born in the 1990 s to plan and design their career in a scientific and reasonable way.It also requires schools to strengthen the management of the career of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s and provide them with help and support within their capacity.It can be said that the study of the career management of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s is not only conducive to their own growth,but also conducive to the sustainable development of schools.Through reading a lot of relevant literature,this study summarizes and summarizes the theories related to teacher career development and management at home and abroad.The author mainly selected some "post-90s" middle school teachers in Fujian province for questionnaire survey and interview.In addition to the basic information of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s,the questionnaire survey also includes two aspects: self-career management of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s and career management of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s by school organizations."After 90" high school teacher self career management mainly from the self-awareness,organizational cognition,self improvement,career exploration,interpersonal relationship and investigate the satisfaction degree of the six dimensions,the school organization of "after 90" middle school teachers' career management mainly from lead consciousness,support measures,identity and perfect the system of the four dimensions in the investigation.At the same time,in order to supplement the questionnaire survey,the author selected an appropriate number of "post-90s" middle school teachers and relevant school leaders to conduct interviews to promote the depth of the research and the relative integrity of the content.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and interview,the author believes that the main problems in the career management of middle school teachers born in the 1990 s are as follows: from the perspective of middle school teachers born in the1990 s,their career planning awareness is weak,and their understanding of school post setting and promotion channels is insufficient.From the perspective of school organization,the school organization lacks systematic and targeted guidance and management for "post-90s" middle school teachers,ignores the improvement of professional identity of "post-90s" middle school teachers,and imperfect career management system,etc.From the social and educational administrative levels,the society gives high pressure to the "post-90s" middle school teachers,the social status and salary are not high,the overall satisfaction level is low and so on.In view of these problems,the author tries to put forward the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures: for the "post-90s" middle school teachers,they should set up the consciousness of career planning,strengthen the cultivation of teachers' ethics,set up the concept of lifelong learning,and pay attention to the change of organizational environment to timely adjust their career planning;For school organizations,it is necessary to enhance the organizational identity of "post-90s" middle school teachers,strengthen the guidance and training of their career planning,and improve the relevant system of career management.For the social and educational administrative departments,it is necessary to guide the public to treat teachers' occupation correctly,to improve teachers' salary and treatment,to formulate a reasonable professional title evaluation and recruitment system,and to improve relevant laws and regulations concerning teachers.
