In his speech at the National Conference on Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities,General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "we should adhere to the establishment of moral education as the central link,carry out ideological and political work throughout the whole process of education and teaching,realize the whole process of educating people and educating people in all aspects,and strive to create a new situation in the development of China's higher education career." Immediately afterwards,universities,schools and colleges across the country launched the construction of curriculum thinking and politics one after another,fully integrating the nurturing elements of curriculum thinking and politics into various disciplines,so that various courses and curriculum thinking and politics go in the same direction and form a synergistic effect.This study takes the current situation of the construction of the high school physical education curriculum in Xinyang City as the research perspective,and uses literature,questionnaires,mathematical and statistical methods to investigate the current situation of the construction of the physical education curriculum in 13 senior high schools in eight counties and two districts in Xinyang City,and puts forward relevant suggestions based on the findings to further promote the current situation of the construction of the senior high school curriculum in Xinyang City.The paper firstly elaborates the necessity of integrating curriculum thinking politics into physical education,and then defines the concepts of "curriculum thinking politics" and "physical education curriculum" through the literature method.The current status of the implementation of the Civic Government in physical education curriculum in 13 senior high schools in Xinyang City was investigated through questionnaires,and the problems in the implementation of the Civic Government in high school physical education curriculum were analyzed.Finally,in response to the problems found in the survey,relevant countermeasures are provided.(1)Physical education teachers have a general understanding of curriculum thinking and moral education,the awareness of integrating curriculum thinking in the teaching process needs to be strengthened,and there is a lack of effective incentives.(2)The content and evaluation system of physical education teachers' assessment of students' physical education learning is inadequate and should fully integrate the thinking content of physical education courses into the knowledge,abilities and qualities covered by process and end-of-course evaluations.(3)In terms of teaching methods,the teaching methods of Civics in PE courses are mainly lecture and demonstration methods,and teachers are less likely to innovate and experiment with teaching.Suggest:(1)School leaders should attach great importance to moral education in physical education,put moral education into the overall work of the school,optimize the supervision and management mechanism,improve the evaluation system of moral education in high school physical education,and establish and improve the evaluation mechanism combining teacher self-evaluation,teacher mutual evaluation,student evaluation and leadership evaluation.(2)A complete evaluation system should be established to implement the teaching of Curriculum Civics into the work of the school.Teachers should supervise each other and students should evaluate each other so that curriculum thinking and politics can be reflected everywhere,while school leaders should also strongly support the use of curriculum thinking and politics in physical education.(3)Physical education teachers should innovate teaching methods according to the actual situation of students,stimulate students' subjective initiative,improve students' awareness of the concept of ideological and moral education in physical education courses and the formation of moral education skills,and cultivate students' good moral character.
