"A hundred rivers,tolerance is great".In the era of global integration and increasingly frequent cultural exchanges between the East and the West,understanding the cultural spirit of the East and the West will play a subtle role in understanding life,purifying the soul and improving comprehensive quality,and thus reshaping a strong spiritual personality.With the development of the economy,education and culture are becoming more and more global,and foreign literary works that can appreciate foreign cultures have been continuously selected into Chinese textbooks for middle schools in China.Selected essays of foreign literature,which occupies a place in middle school Chinese textbooks,are an indispensable part of the selected Chinese textbooks.The excerpts of foreign literature in the textbooks compiled by the Ministry have made great changes on the basis of the textbooks of the People's Education Edition.The author compares and studies the excerpts of foreign literature in these two editions of textbooks,so that Chinese teachers can take advantage of the characteristics and advantages of the textbooks compiled by the Ministry to improve the teaching level of foreign literature when using new textbooks.At the same time Improve students' appreciation and aesthetic ability.The main content of this article is divided into four parts:The first chapter sorts out the selected foreign literature in the high school people's education edition and the department-edited textbooks,and clarifies the selection standards and characteristics of the two editions of textbooks.Through the collation and summary of foreign literary anthologies in the two editions of textbooks,it is found that their common selection criteria are: healthy ideological content,rich in cultural connotation,difficult and moderate,suitable for teaching.The selection is characterized by: exemplary and contemporary;pluralistic and diversified;acceptable and oriented.The second chapter is the comparison of the selection system of foreign literature.In terms of the number of selected articles and the units: the number of selected articles of foreign literature edited by the ministry has increased,and the distribution of units is concentrated;in terms of era and country: the selection of foreign literature,from five eras,ten countries,the era is wider and the country is wider;in terms of theme and genre: the theme and genre: the selection of foreign literature is rich.Rich and diverse genres,especially the selection of poetry has been added.Generally speaking,the Ministry's textbooks for foreign literature are more conducive to the development of students.The third chapter is the comparison of the two editions of the textbook reading system.Annotation: The annotations of foreign literature in the Ministry's edition textbook are neatly arranged,which is convenient for students to find.There are a large number of annotations,and the content is more comprehensive and meticulous,which is conducive for students to understand the article.In terms of illustrations: The number of foreign literary illustrations in the Ministry-edited textbook is less than that of the People's Education Edition,which is conducive to the development of abstract thinking of high school students,and the content of illustrations is more pay attention to the humanistic landscape category;learning tips are a highlight in the textbooks compiled by the Ministry,which is conducive to stimulating students' interest in learning and helping students understand the text;prompting teachers' teaching goals and clarifying learning points.In the fourth chapter,the teaching strategy is put forward based on the reading aid system and characteristics of the selection of foreign literature.Smart use of annotations to assist teaching;wonderful use of images to optimize teaching;make good use of prompts to guide reading.Create situations to stimulate interest;dialogue teaching,innovative learning methods;cleverly set up special topics to compare Chinese and foreign literature.
