The Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education are obviously different from the Chinese textbooks published by the People's Education Press before,especially the text selection system has changed a lot.Therefore,by comparing the similarities and differences between the two textbooks,the analysis of the changes and innovations in the textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education is the premise for the front-line teachers to change their teaching strategies and improve their teaching ability.This paper mainly includes the following five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,the purpose and main content of the research,the research review and research methods,etc.The main content is to compare the selection system of compulsory high school Chinese textbooks between PEP edition and Ministry edition through literature research method and data analysis method,so as to find out the similarities and differences.The second part compares the compiling ideas of the two editions of the compulsory Chinese textbooks for senior high schools,so as to find out the similarities and differences in the guiding ideology of the textbooks.The compiling concept of PEP high school Chinese textbooks is:the unity of tool and humanity,the combination of students' comprehensive ability training and individualized development,the unity of common basis and various choices of Chinese courses.The compiling idea of the senior high school Chinese textbooks is embodied in the following aspects:insisting on moral education,taking core accomplishment as the basis and paying more attention to The Times.The third part compares the differences between the text selection system of the two editions of Chinese textbooks through the arrangement and combination of textbooks and the content.The former mainly includes the arrangement system and unit combination of textbooks,while the latter mainly includes the course type,era,country,genre and other aspects of text selection,and analyzes the differences between the text selection system of the two editions of Chinese textbooks by quantitative statistics.The fourth part is the thinking and inspiration based on the analysis of the first three parts,mainly including the inheritance of the PEP edition and the overall innovative features of the high school Chinese textbooks compiled by the Ministry of Education.The fifth part puts forward some suggestions on the use of the system from the perspective of teachers and students,in order to explore the value of the high school Chinese textbooks compiled by teachers and students in the actual teaching process.
