As the research and innovation in language education has entered a new stage,the Ministry of Education version of the textbook is also different from the previous versions,so teachers need to break away from the previous textbook style as soon as possible and implement the teaching practice of the Ministry of Education version of the textbook.In this paper,we take the texts of Contemporary Chinese Literature in the general high school textbook of the Ministry of Education and the textbook of the People’s Republic of China as the object of study,and examine their "text selection system" and "reading aid system" from "horizontal comparison" and "vertical comparison".In this study,the "text selection system" and the "reading aid system" are examined.In the "text selection system",the Ministry’s edition retains a large number of classical works of Contemporary Chinese Literature in the Renminbi edition,while updating and enriching a large number of outstanding contemporary literary works.It reflects the revolutionary spirit conveyed by the special circumstances of the times and the great achievements of the Party in building socialism,and the theory and practice of its mapping process are pivotal to the enhancement of people’s thinking.In the "Reading Aid System",Department Edition is a breakthrough in the stability of the Humanities Edition.In the unit guide section,the Humanities version is more descriptive and relevant,while the Ministry’s version focuses more on students’ real-life situations and is more suitable for transfer.In the section on text illustrations,the Humanities version plays a ’compositional role’,while the Ministry version plays a ’guiding role’,so the Ministry version focuses more on students’ ’subjective experience’;in the section on in-class commentaries,the Ministry version avoids the presentation and layout problems of the Humanities version and is more accurate and developmental.It also combines the language curriculum standards,the language teaching materials of the Ministry of Education version and the language entrance examination assessment,and provides constructive suggestions for the implementation of effective teaching.
