The new college entrance examination system adheres to the development concept of "people-oriented",which increases students' independent choice.It also respects students' individual development while paying attention to students' all-round development.Most of the senior middle school students are in the age of 15-19 years old.Physically,their physical function and physical quality are close to adults.Psychologically,they are eager to act like adults and to be recognized by the outside society.In traditional school education and family education,teachers or parents are the leaders,while students,as the subjects,are deprived of the right to self-decision and self-planning.However,because of the school period,the time which senior middle school students spend in school is longer than any previous period.In addition to dealing with the heavy high school study,they also need to integrate into the collective life with less external supervision and more self-supervision.Therefore,whether from the external requirements or their own internal needs of high school students,it gives senior middle school students a chance for reasonable self-management.Therefore,by means of questionnaire survey and interview,the author has a good understanding of the current situation of senior middle school students' self-management in H Senior Middle School in Zhaoqing city,hoping to find out the existing problems and influencing factors of senior middle school students' self-management.Finally,this study puts forward some feasible strategies for senior middle school students' self-management ability.Firstly,this study through questionnaire survey and data processing analysis in H Senior Middle School in Zhaoqing city in order to have a understanding of the present situation of senior middle school students on self-management,the following conclusions can be drawn: 1.Pearson correlation analysis shows that the internal needs,parents ' support,the education from teachers and the influence from classmates of senior middle school students' self-management are significantly positively correlated with the five dimensions of self-management;2.Multiple regression analysis showed that parent's support,the education from teachers and the influence from classmates accounted for 36.6% of the change in self-management needs;Self-management needs,parents' support,teacher education and classmate influence jointly explain the reasons for the change of the five dimensions of self-management: self-planning,self-learning ability and action power,self-regulation,interpersonal relationship,self-cognition and evaluation as dependent variables:49.5%,40.6%,42.8%,31.6% and 35.7%,respectively.3.There are significant demographic differences in the current situation of senior middle school students' self-management;4.Descriptive analysis of the questionnaire data shows that the five dimensions of self-management ability of senior high school students,self-planning,self-learning ability and action power,self-regulation,interpersonal relationship,self-cognition and evaluation are all at the medium level.Through an empirical investigation,this study found that high school students self-learning ability and power of management there with higher levels of demand does not match,lack of self-management planning and constant perseverance,self-awareness and self-regulation ability,weak,poor interpersonal skills,and other issues.After the investigation and research,this study found that factors affecting the self-management of senior middle school students in H Senior Middle School are some external reasons,including high school students of the external environment,including the school level,family level reasons and social reasons and it also has some internal reasons,including high school student's own factors,such as high school students physical and mental development caused high intrinsic demand,strong dependence,lower self management participation;Strong sense of acquired powerlessness,poor sense of self-efficacy,poor effect of self-motivation,the lack of self-management methods and the lack of forming a good habit of self-management.Based on the above findings,this study puts forward some corresponding strategies from the aspects of school,family,society and guiding senior high school students to implement self-management.The school should cultivate a strong faculty that attaches importance to the improvement of students' self-management ability and build a platform for students to cultivate their self-management ability.For parents,parents need to be highly disciplined parents and give children a good education.Parents need to try to do everything well,even the small details.What is more,parents should keep up with the pace of The Times,constantly update the concept of education and strengthen home-school communication and form home-school synergy.For the government,the government ought to increase the investment in education,optimize the school office environment,improve teacher resources,and all social departments and media work together to create a good and positive social environment.The self-management development of senior high school students includes parents and teachers ' cooperation,guiding senior high school students to establish correct outlook on life,values and lofty goals.We should give senior middle school students appropriate encouragement,stimulate their sense of self-efficacy and increase their perseverance.In addition,we need to develop senior middle school students' ability of independence and reduce their dependence on parents and teachers,hoping to help them develop the habit of self-management.
