The Chinese teaching of argument writing in high school has always been the key toteaching. No matter in terms of overall scores of students, or from the point of view ofstudents’ individual development and the social requirements, to improve the students’ writinglevel is key but difficult point of teaching. With its deep thought, strict structure, strongargument, the characteristic of setting people thinking and easy to master, the argumentativeessays are deeply loved by the teachers and the students who prepare for examinations. Atthe same time, argumentative writing can develop students’ ability of writing, broadenstudents’ horizons, conform to the requirements of the curriculum standard, so it meets theneeds of the individual’s further development, their being admitted into universities and theirstepping into society.Until to the third year of the middle school, there are still many problems among studentsin writing argumentative essays. So how to help the students have a qualitative leap andimprovement during the limited time is the important research content of this essay. On thisbasis the author summarizes the specific, practical and highly feasible teaching strategies,hoping to find a suitable writing method for the teachers to teach and the students to learn inthe violent clashes between today’s beautiful ideal of quality education and the grim reality ofexam-oriented one so as to let the students adapt to the series of demands that education andmodern society have put forward at present and in the future.This article mainly focuses on the present situation of the students’ writing, the analysis ofthe related causes and the corresponding teaching strategies and so on.This essay mainly consists of four parts:The introduction part mainly discusses the background information about the question, thesignificance of the research, the innovation of this paper and the research methods used.Chapter one is a survey about the present writing situation of senior three students. Itcompletes the corresponding survey tasks and assumptions, choose the samples carefully andanalyze the corresponding data strictly in order to serve the more comprehensive and intuitiveunderstanding of the present writing situation of senior three students.Chapter two analyzes the corresponding data obtained and carries on the inductionsummary on the interest and skill levels in the end. Chapter three develops a series of corresponding measures according to the two issuessummed up, mainly putting forward the corresponding solution strategy from skill level. Thedevelopment to the students’ interest in writing argumentative essays is mixed inside. It makesa corresponding exploration and description about the method of grasping the topic, puttingforward the viewpoint, the accumulation of material reasoning methods, the flexible use ofstructure and organizing the language and so on.
