Moral values refer to the moral significance of individual behavior for others and society.It is the internal value scale that individuals hold when they make value judgment on the importance of the object based on their own emotional needs.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of junior high school students' moral values is of great significance for the healthy development of junior high school students' body and mind.Under the guidance of the important spirit of the Party Central Committee on the ideological and moral education of young people,rural middle schools have carried out teaching activities on the cultivation of moral values to further improve the ideological and moral quality of junior high school students,and have achieved effective results.But in the actual teaching process of morality and the rule of law,there are still some problems in further improving the ideological and moral quality of junior high school students.The main problems of junior high school students are: the moral concept of respecting others needs to be strengthened;They didn't form a good habit of being polite to others;There is a gap between honesty cognition and honesty behavior.These problems have brought negative effects on the cultivation and formation of junior high school students' moral values to a certain extent.There are both subjective and objective reasons for these problems.The subjective reasons are: junior high school students' moral cognition level is not high,the ability of transposition thinking is poor;junior high school students' moral willpower is not strong,easily affected by external factors;influenced by the law of physical and mental development,junior high school students' psychological contradiction.The objective reasons are as follows: Teachers' unclear awareness of cultivating junior high school students' moral values;teachers' dislocation of teaching subjects in the process of cultivating junior high school students' moral values;teachers' single teaching method and content of cultivating junior high school students' moral values.In the questionnaire survey,interviews and teaching practice,through in-depth analysis and Research on the above problems and their causes.In my opinion,in order to strengthen the cultivation of junior high school students' moral values,further improve their moral quality and develop good moral behavior habits,efforts should be made from the following aspects: Improving Junior High School Students' Moral Cultivation and improving their ability to practice moral behavior;improving the cultivation content of moral values and expanding teaching resources;expanding the cultivation channels of moral values and exploring flexible ways Diversified education methods.From the perspective of combining theory with practice and taking the three sections of "respect others","treat others with courtesy" and "be honest and trustworthy" in the fourth lesson of unit 2 of the eighth grade volume of "morality and rule of law" published by people's education press as an example,this paper puts forward some measures to solve the problems existing in junior high school students' moral values,so as to promote the healthy development of junior high school students' body and mind.
