At present,China's education is in a stage of continuous development and reform.On the road of education development and reform,teachers undoubtedly play an important role.However,in recent years,the society has paid more and more attention to the role of teachers both in teaching and in the development of education.And the training of primary and secondary school teachers has become an important subject concerned by The Chinese educational circle.At present,the relevant education departments in China have invested a lot of manpower and material resources in the training of primary and secondary school teachers,so as to ensure the effect of the training.However,due to various subjective and objective reasons,it is difficult to guarantee the quality of the training for rural primary and secondary school teachers at the present stage,whether in terms of training effect or organization.As rural teachers occupy an important position and share,they play a major role in China's education,so their quality determines the quality of rural primary and secondary education in a certain sense.As a key means to improve the ability and overall quality of rural primary and secondary school teachers,teacher training is the need to realize the comprehensive,coordinated and healthy development of education.With the continuous development of China's economic and social,education policy is increasingly perfect,the social from all walks of life to the attention of rural education in China is very high,and has become the education of rural primary and secondary school teachers training and many scholars research and focus on a key,so the study and analysis for the present stage of rural primary and secondary school teachers training is very necessary.At the present stage,there are many problems and contradictions in the training orientation,curriculum setting,the form of training and the management system of training itself,which also lead to the overall quality of rural primary and secondary school teacher training can not meet the requirements of educational development.By taking Y area as an example,and then starting from the actual situation of the current rural primary and secondary school teacher training in Y area,I continue to deeply analyze and summarize many problems and difficulties existing in the current rural primary and secondary school teacher training,in order to start from the practical point of view and take the effectiveness of rural primary and secondary school education training as the foothold.On this basis,the author puts forward feasible opinions and suggestions on the effectiveness of rural primary and secondary school education and training strategies,hoping to use the author's suggestions and opinions to continuously promote the effectiveness of rural primary and secondary school teacher training and quality improvement.
