With the deepening reform of basic education and the further advance of balanced development of compulsory education,improving the quality of rural primary and secondary school education has become an important problem restricting the development of basic education in China.Therefore,the construction of school principal's team is becoming more and more significant.Principal training is an effective way to promote the professional development of principals in rural schools and improve the overall quality of principals.However,there are still many problems existing in the training mechanism of primary and secondary school principals,which is difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the new era.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the training of principals in rural primary and secondary schools and improve the training of principals in rural primary and secondary schools.In this paper,the principal of rural primary and middle schools in Z city of Sichuan province is the research object.The questionnaire survey method and the principal interview method are used to carry out the investigation and analysis of the training effectiveness of principals in rural primary and secondary schools.The author combined with a large number of literature research and the actual needs for the training of rural primary and secondary school principal design questionnaire,using random sampling method to advance research and formal investigation,the results show that adopted the questionnaire has good reliability and validity.On this basis,the formal questionnaire data is verified and analyzed by using the structural equation model,and the research results are discussed in combination with the field interviews and relevant literature studies of the principals in rural primary and secondary schools.The following main conclusions are drawn:training mode,professional development attitude,training teacher quality and training course content have significant positive influence on the actual effect of training.Through descriptive analysis,the author discusses the influence of the training needs of the principal on the effectiveness of the principal's training.Based on the above findings and theoretical analysis,explore the specific strategies on how to improve rural primary and secondary school principal effectiveness:1.Changing the principals' professional development attitude to enhance the training drive of rural primary and secondary school principals.2.Paying more attention to the construction of trainers' team to improve the quality of the training.3.Optimizing training content to highlight its pertinence and practicality.4.Enriching the training mode to emphasize the participation and experience of the headmaster.5.Adjust the training strategy according to the principals' demands to improve the effectiveness of the training of principals in rural primary and secondary schools.
