In view of the rural children's desire for high-quality education,but the scarcity of rural educational resources is difficult to meet the reasonable demands of rural children,through investigation,this paper puts forward that the rural principals' educational view should have "rural flavor",that is,rural principals solve rural education problems through rural social resources.Rural principals' "rural flavor" in their educational view has different representations from different perspectives.Rural principals are required to pay attention to the special needs of rural environment and rural society for schools from the perspective of human geography.The "rural flavor" from the perspective of educational ecology requires rural principals to pay attention to tapping the educational enthusiasm of all subjects in rural society;The "local flavor" from the perspective of big education pays attention to excavating the resources of other systems and transforming them into educational resources.This paper analyzes the representation of "rural flavor" of rural principals' education view from three perspectives,and concludes that the "rural flavor" of rural principals' education view has three characteristics: rural locality,local sentiment and resource integration,and three values:strengthening the connection between rural schools and rural society,stimulating the educational enthusiasm of all rural subjects,and enriching the quantity and types of rural educational resources.It is found that the rural principals' education concept of improving rural education materials by using rural resources has weak "rural flavor",which is mainly manifested in ignoring the special needs of rural teachers,students and villagers for rural education,ignoring the favorable educational attributes of rural cadres and peers,and ignoring the educational value of rural natural and human resources.In-depth analysis of these problems is not difficult to find that the key reason for these problems lies in the rural principals.Although rural principals are in the countryside,they don't trust the rural culture,and they don't have a deep local complex when they step on the countryside.Moreover,rural principals run schools in rural areas,but their ideas of running schools do not meet the needs of rural society,and they also neglect their responsibilities as "rural sages".In order to solve the problem of weak rural taste in rural principals' education view,weaken the weak performance of rural principals' education view and give full play to the value of rural principals' education view,we should also start with rural principals.Rural principals should go deep into the countryside and understand rural culture,so as to improve rural cultural confidence and enhance 9th grade complex;Rural principals should learn to integrate rural characteristics when running schools,so as to improve the compatibility between rural education and rural areas.At the same time,rural principals should be aware of their role as rural sages,and serve the rural society while running rural schools well.
