With the development of informatization construction in universities and the call of the ministry of education to build an intelligent teaching support environment, traditional multimedia classrooms are gradually unable to meet the needs of teaching reform and the direction of educational informatization development.More and more universities are opening the road of innovation. As a product of the in-depth integration of information technology and education, smart classrooms were born.In this context, many domestic universities have begun to build smart classrooms to explore the transformation of teaching models and teaching methods,in order to meet the urgent needs for smart education in the context of the information age,and Beijing,as the capital and education center of our country, should at the forefront.Research shows that due to the lack of guiding construction standards, the construction of smart classrooms in many universities is at a loss, which has caused a series of problems.Based on this, this article is based on the research conducted by universities in the Beijing area, and on this basis, attempts to construct a set of applicable standards for the construction of smart classrooms. The thesis first sorts out the relevant research on smart classrooms at home and abroad, and focuses on analyzing the typical cases and construction standards of domestic smart classroom construction;secondly, under the guidance of system science theory,a survey questionnaire and interview outline are designed, and 13 universities in Beijing were selected.Local colleges and universities conduct surveys to understand the basic situation of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing and the needs of teachers and students;then, through the analysis of the collected questionnaire data and interview materials,to investigate the problems in the construction and use of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing and the reasons;finally, under the guidance of existing standards, construction cases, design principles, and system science theories, combined with actual investigations, the standards for the construction of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing are finally formed. The main work of the thesis is divided into the following two points:(1)Investigate the current situation of the construction and use of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing. The study found that the main problems in the construction and use of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing are: management personnel have uneven understanding of smart classrooms;the construction of smart classrooms has "heavy hardware and light software" situation;smart classrooms cannot yet fully meet the needs of teachers and students. The main reasons for the above problems are: lack of school environment leads to teachers' low enthusiasm for using smart classrooms, which is manifested in the lack of corresponding encouragement and support policies in schools;lack of unified smart classroom construction planning within schools;lack of operability strong construction standards to guide the construction of smart classrooms and product design.(2)Establish standards for the construction of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing. With reference to existing research and under the guidance of system science theory, combined with user needs and expert opinions, the standards for the construction of smart classrooms in Beijing's colleges and universities are proposed from five levels: infrastructure, data, application platforms, end users, and specifications. The technical requirements of the indicators have been clarified in order to provide suggestions and references for the construction of smart classrooms in universities in Beijing.
