Ujumuchin region has unique animal husbandry culture,food culture and language culture.It contains abundant biological knowledge.Local teachers dig out the biological curriculum resources and apply them to teaching,which is not only conducive to students' understanding of biological knowledge in traditional national culture,but also can broaden the development path of biological curriculum resources.In view of this,this paper analyzes the content of Ujumuchin traditional culture education that can be infiltrated in the first volume of the seventh grade biology textbook for junior middle school,and on the basis of the investigation of the current situation of using local traditional culture in classroom teaching,puts forward the strategy of effective infiltration of traditional culture in biology teaching,and designs specific teaching cases for teaching practice.The aim is to provide reference for middle school biology teachers to infiltrate local traditional culture in teaching.The main contents are as follows:First of all,the contents of the first volume of the seventh grade biology textbook for junior middle school are sorted out,and the traditional cultural elements of Ujumuchin that can be integrated into the textbook are mined by units,and their meanings and the combination points of biological knowledge are analyzed.Second,109 students and 5 biology teachers from West Ujumuchin And East Ujumuchin Mongolian Middle Schools were investigated to understand the application of local traditional cultural resources in biology teaching.Through the questionnaire survey of students,it is found that most students are full of interest in biology,like biology,and can better understand and master biological knowledge.However,there are still the following problems: students are not satisfied with the penetration of local traditional culture into the classroom.Only 6% of the students think that the content of traditional culture applied in biology teaching is rich enough,while94% of the students think that it is too little or not well understood.In terms of the frequency of traditional ethnic culture education in biology classes,51%of students said that only once or twice per semester;Forty-four percent said never;Most students hope to reasonably infiltrate more local traditional culture education content in biology teaching.Through interviews with biology teachers,it was found that most of them realized the importance of incorporating local traditional culture into biology.However,in practical teaching,teaching activities are generally carried out in accordance with the teaching content of the textbook,and the teaching content of traditional culture is seldom infiltrated.Thirdly,based on the investigation of the current situation of the use of Ujumuchin traditional culture by middle school biology teachers and students in classroom teaching,the strategies of effective infiltration of traditional culture in biology teaching are put forward :(1)teachers can infiltrate traditional culture knowledge in the stage of introduction,knowledge point explanation and conclusion;(2)The application of traditional national culture knowledge in many aspects and angles;(3)Schools can improve the accumulation of traditional culture of teachers and students through learning and practice;(4)Four teaching cases are designed to integrate The traditional Ujumuchin culture into the course introduction,course process and questioning and thinking respectively for reference.Finally,through the comparison of the teaching practice before and after the infiltration of Ujumuchin traditional culture,it is found that the infiltration of local traditional culture in the classroom teaching can improve students' biological performance to a certain extent,which is conducive to improving students' interest in learning biology.The traditional culture of Ujumuchin is rich in biological education resources.Teachers should fully excavate the cultural resources,analyze the teaching materials,and carry out the biological teaching design in combination with the teaching strategies proposed in this study,so that students can know the biological knowledge in their own traditional culture and broaden the development path of biological curriculum resources.
