Class culture is the organic integration of student culture,family style culture and campus culture,students are the main body of class culture,and teachers are the leaders of class culture construction.Parents,as the first teacher of students,have an important guiding role in the formation of students' three views,and parents,as stakeholders of class culture,influence the development direction of class culture through family education and the power of parental cultural capital.The educational continuity of family culture and school culture is generated by forming common cultural ideas and expectations,and this cultural continuity requires the cooperation of parents and schools.How to introduce the family style culture into the class culture,let parents fully participate in the construction of the class culture,explore the platform for the participation of suitable parents,and the new ways for parents to participate in promoting the development of class culture is of great significance to the construction of class culture.This study adopts the research methods such as literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,observation method,etc.,and selects Nanning G Primary School as the research object on the basis of consulting relevant literature and sorting out the relevant theoretical basis and core concepts of parents' participation in class culture construction.Through the investigation and observation of G Primary School,the main forms and main characteristics of parents' participation in class culture construction in G Primary School are sorted out,and a more comprehensive and in-depth study is conducted on the participation of primary school parents in class culture construction.Guided by problem research,the author conducts interviews and questionnaire surveys on the current situation of class culture construction in private primary schools,interviews and questionnaire surveys of schools,teachers,students and parents through the perspective of cultural capital and stakeholder theory,explores the four dimensions of parents' participation in material culture,spiritual culture,institutional culture and activity culture,and focuses on exploring the main problems of parent participation in the current class culture construction of G Primary School in Nanning,exploring the causes of these problems,and proposing effective development strategies.Through the review of literature and the analysis of research data,it can be seen that the current situation of class culture construction in Nanning G Primary School has achieved certain results.At the same time,the author also found that in the construction of class culture,there are parents who are unwilling to participate due to insufficient awareness and positioning deviations,there are also those who cannot participate due to insufficient ability and opportunities,and there is also a situation that does not want to participate due to the lack of trust between home and school.In view of these problems and reasons,the author proposes to improve the ability to participate in the construction of class culture by changing the awareness and role positioning of parents;improve the school management mechanism to create a good educational atmosphere for home-school cooperation;help teachers to reasonably position their roles,give play to the advantages of teachers,students,parents,and social resources;introduce parents into the construction of class culture,and jointly do a good job in the work of educating people in three aspects.
