Folk culture is an important part of Chinese traditional culture,a culture created and inherited by the general public,and an important resource in history teaching.The application of folk culture in history teaching not only expands the diversity of history curriculum resources,but also is of great significance to carry forward Chinese traditional culture.The introduction of this paper mainly expounds the reason and significance of the topic,the research status and research methods at home and abroad.The text is mainly divided into four parts,mainly including the following contents:The first part introduces the relevant theories of folk culture,including the concept and types of folk culture,folk culture is divided into material production folk custom,social organization folk custom,spiritual folk custom,language folk custom and Year-old season makes folk custom.It focuses on the relationship between folk culture and history and the rich folk culture in eastern and Southern Guizhou.The second part focuses on the significance and feasibility of folk culture in high school history teaching.The significance of the application of folk culture in high school history teaching is mainly discussed from the core quality,which is mainly conducive to infiltrating historical materialism,forming the concept of time and space,expanding the way of historical interpretation,improving the empirical ability of historical materials,promoting the cultivation of family and country feelings and strengthening the consciousness of Chinese national community.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the application of folk culture in senior high school history teaching from three aspects: National blending,the cultivation of humanistic spirit and the educationl value of folk culture.The third part is the core of this paper.Taking the local folk culture in Southeast Guizhou as an example,taking the teaching materials as the starting point,combined with the content of the teaching materials,this paper explores the practical exploration and application of folk culture in high school history teaching,and discusses the application strategies of folk culture in basic courses,expansion courses and research courses.The fourth part is the reflection and suggestions on the application of folk culture in high school history teaching.Based on the theoretical research and practical exploration of the application of folk culture in high school history teaching,this paper puts forward the reflection and suggestions of the application of folk culture in high school history teaching:using folk culture to improve students' historical consciousness and historical reflection literacy;Take history teaching as the main body and distinguish folk culture;Change the teaching concept and innovate the teaching mode;Teaching should be derived from teaching materials and higher than teaching materials.
