| This paper constructs the pattern about the college students’ability to search for work taking the issue that solving the difficult problem of contemporary college students employment as the breakthrough point, basing on the theory about searching for job, using the adjoin methods of literature search, questionnaire, panel and statistical analysis to study, taking the investigating the present situation, problems arid measures of graduates’ employment as the starting point and putting forward to the frame of analysis and concentration. This essay proposes23hypotheses and determines the authenticity of the hypotheses after analysis and testing.In order to validate the proposed global model and the relevant hypothesis, this study chooses five cities’10ordinary institutions of higher learning of1000graduates in Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Qinhuangdao, Hengshui, Cangzhou in Hebei province as the survey objects. The two-phase issuing questionnaires of1000each taking effective questionnaires of866respectively. This study makes a standard empirical analysis on the Hebei graduates search ability for job by using the first-hand data and most of the assumptions have been proved.The study found that(1) Graduates’ searching ability for job model contains of23competence characteristics. and it is a5d structure, which is their own characteristics, respectively the skill levels, processing the question ability, the ability to adapt to position and future development ability. Through the questionnaire data can get very good confirmed the theoretical model;(2) Graduates’ searching ability for job model of5dimensions explains effectively the act mentioned in the questionnaire. Two of the5dimensions are more obvious, one is their own characteristics, the other is the skill levels. The two can reflect some qualities of the college students. These qualities have a very significant influence for the college students to find a good job. Recruiters often value these students who have a certain kind of quality. The graduates will find a great job easily if the quality is just valued by the recruiters;(3) Prepared in accordance with the objectives of the survey and study the behavior ofthe work and search capabilities of college students questionnaire has good psychometric properties to a certain extent able to more accurately reflect the real situation.(4) Graduates which have the professional attribution, job search ability, the political face of the reaction have no a significant differences, while the sex of the graduates, the level of schools and the family seat of the three different individual characteristics reflect on their job search ability has significant differences. |
