With the continuous reform of middle school fine arts curriculum in recent years,the implementation of the curriculum design centered on the Big Ideas is conducive to the formation of theme-oriented curriculum content structured and situational teaching,and the cultivation of students' core literacy and aesthetic education development.At the same time due to the fine arts discipline in ordinary high school curriculum do not have test,second classroom of fine arts is better than conventional first class have more flexibility,if the Big Ideas teaching theory applied to the art of the second classroom,can help students to understand more scattered facts and knowledge,discovered the nature of things,so as to accomplish achieve mastery through a comprehensive interdisciplinary knowledge and to solve the daily life Transfer application of the problem.This paper will comb big concepts and the relevant teaching theory research,the Big Ideas in art second classroom of middle school teaching theory and curriculum design,the combination of rock-color painting brushwork unit course practice,for example,in Ub D teaching design improvement and application of three phase,and refine WHERETO elements of assessment of the learning experience stage design,to analyze the major concepts in the middle school fine arts teaching theory The application of the second classroom curriculum design.The text of this paper is divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the Big Ideas teaching theory,the three stages of Ub D teaching design,the elements of WHERETO and the connotation of the second art class through literature research.The second chapter uses the investigation analysis method to carry on the preliminary investigation and analysis,constructs the course design path under the guidance of the Big Ideas teaching theory.The third chapter uses the empirical research method to take the rock-color painting unit course of Yangjiang Guan Shanyue School as an example to explore the course design steps,practice,and the analyze of teaching results.The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages and challenges of Big Ideas teaching theory in the course practice of secondary art second classroom,and further puts forward suggestions on the implementation of Big Ideas teaching theory in secondary art second classroom.Finally,summarize the results and shortcomings of this study,and research prospects,hope that the Big Ideas teaching theory can be better applied in the future middle school art second classroom teaching.
