As a traditional national sport,Wushu has profound national cultural deposits and plays an important role in promoting the harmonious development of students' body and mind and carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture.As an important part of school physical education,Wushu education bears the historical mission and responsibility of inheriting excellent national culture.Junior middle school is the key stage of students' physical development.Wushu teaching can well develop students' physical qualities such as flexibility,coordination and strength,and cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness.At the same time,it has an important influence on the ideological and moral construction of teenagers and arousing students' national pride.In order to implement the important instructions and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on carrying forward the excellent Traditional Chinese culture,the Ministry of Education has promoted the measures of Introducing Chinese martial arts into schools and classrooms.While deepening the reform of wushu education,this measure not only improves the status of Wushu curriculum in school physical education,but also puts forward new requirements for Wushu curriculum teaching.Sports education model is a kind of sports teaching model proposed by Darly Siedentop,an American scholar.The sports teaching idea advocated by the model accords with the development trend of the current compulsory education PE and health curriculum reform.Sports core quality oriented education mode the whole teaching design,use of large unit teaching,pay attention to students' sports skill learning structured,create the real situation of the game,in the process of teaching the students in a real sports arena,experience the complex,dynamic and change of scene,real experience skills to study and application,Students' team spirit,cooperative spirit and anti-frustration ability can be improved.The purpose of this study is to strengthen the formation and cultivation of students' core qualities in sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality by applying sports education mode in martial arts teaching in junior middle school.Encourage students to actively study and exercise sports,improve the level of martial arts,experience the sense of success in sports learning,establish positive self-values and social group value feelings,for the formation of lifelong sports habits and ability to lay a good foundation.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of martial arts teaching in junior middle school,through the method of literature,interview,familiar with the concept of sports education model,characteristics,teaching methods,teaching structure,teaching evaluation,and the feasibility and necessity of the application of sports education model in martial arts teaching in junior middle school were analyzed.On this basis,the use of questionnaire survey method,experimental method,combined with the martial arts teaching experts and the frontline teachers of the suggestion,the design of sports education mode application in junior high school martial arts curriculum teaching plan,followed by a specific teaching experiment.This experiment takes the students of two classes of grade two in Wucheng Experimental Middle school as the experimental object,and uses two different sports teaching modes to teach the students of experimental class and control class,namely,sports education mode and conventional sports teaching mode.Finally,combined with mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper compares the physical quality,special quality,technical level of martial arts,interest in sports learning,learning attitude,emotional expression and cooperation spirit,and health behavior of the students in the application of the two physical education teaching modes in the martial arts courses of the two classes.This paper analyzes the practical effect of sports education mode on Wushu teaching in junior high school,and provides reference for the development of Wushu teaching in junior high school.The study concluded as follows:(1)It is feasible and necessary to apply the sports education model to the martial arts teaching in junior middle schools,which is in line with the advanced concept of physical education and health curriculum standard of compulsory education;The application of sports education mode in martial arts teaching in junior high school has achieved good teaching effect.In the whole teaching process,teachers can better complete the teaching requirements,and students can truly understand the significance of martial arts,which provides practical reference for improving the teaching quality of martial arts courses in junior high school.(2)Sports education model can improve students' physical quality,especially in flexibility and coordination of the two physical quality of the improvement of the range of obvious advantages;And the application in Wushu teaching in junior high school,for improving students' Wushu special quality effect is remarkable.(3)Compared with the conventional physical education mode,the application of sports education mode in martial arts teaching is more conducive to the improvement of students' martial arts skills.(4)The sports education model is beneficial to promote the positive change of psychological dimension in the process of students' martial arts learning,and can stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate correct learning attitude,encourage students to form the spirit of affection and cooperation,and guide students to develop healthy behaviors.
