| Background:in his nineteen major report,general secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "youth prospers and the country prospers,while youth is stronger than the state." If the young generation has ideals,abilities and responsibilities,the country will have a future and the nation will have hope." Promoting education reform is the fundamental way to realize this great ideal.Basketball is a sport with high requirements for the comprehensive quality of the participants.The development of Basketball Teaching in junior high school is conducive to enhancing the physical and mental health of students,and helping students develop the awareness of lifelong fitness.With the advancement of teaching reform,all subjects in school education are trying to innovate,trying to find the most suitable teaching method for students,physical education is no exception.This research takes the application of sports education mode in junior middle school girls' basketball teaching as the research object,takes the comparative sports education mode and traditional teaching mode in junior middle school girls'basketball teaching as the research purpose,adopts the research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,and takes the physical education of two girls in grade one of Beijing Shida middle school as the research object The study class is the research object,and the teaching experiment is carried out for 11 weeks,twice a week,in which 38 students in the experimental class adopt the sports education mode;40 students in the control class adopt the traditional teaching mode.Before the experiment,I fully understood the research status and theoretical system of sports education mode at home and abroad,and designed and experimented the experiment content,experiment object,experiment implementation process,teaching evaluation and test index according to the suggestions of experts and teachers.Finally,I analyzed and demonstrated the sports education mode in junior middle school girls according to the data from the experiment The teaching effect in basketball teaching.The experimental results are as follows:(1)Two kinds of physical education teaching modes have no obvious influence on the physical quality of junior middle school girls.After the experiment,the 800m scores of the two classes were improved,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the standing long jump scores were decreased.(2)Both teaching modes can improve junior high school girls' basketball skills,but to a certain extent,compared with the traditional teaching mode,sports education mode has better effect on improving junior high school girls' basketball skills.The results showed that there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).(3)Sports education mode makes students show a more positive attitude towards sports learning.The results show that:the experimental class students' sports learning attitude is more significantly improved than the control class students.(4)The sports education mode has a significant effect on enhancing students'emotional performance and cooperative spirit.After the experiment,there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the control class in emotional performance and cooperative spirit.(5)The students in the experimental group have gained rich sports experience in basketball teaching.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group generally reflect that the sports education mode makes people more willing to participate in sports activities and more willing to express themselves in the classroom.(6)Sports education mode is suitable for the promotion and application in middle school physical education class.The teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students' tactical awareness and decision-making ability,and students can get better performance in the competition. |
