Study is a student's main occupation,Academic performance is an important evaluation index concerned by students,parents and teachers.Academic self-concept is the inner cognition,evaluation and experience of students when they are studying.It has also become the focus of research in recent years.This study aims to combine family education,school education and the formation,development and plasticity of high school students' academic self-concept,and explore a set of systematic and feasible effective strategies to encourage high school students' positive academic self-concept.This topic research object for the handan city X middle school class of 2019 randomly selected two classes of 121 students and their parents,two classes of nine teacher,research method mainly adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,how to do high school students can be negative incentives for academic self-concept form positive academic self-concept,Let students become lifelong self-learners and break the wrong perception that some students think that the purpose of studying hard in high school is to get into university and no longer have to study hard.The present situation of home-school cooperation and students' academic self-concept in X middle school in Handan city was investigated and analyzed,and the results were followed up to discuss whether home-school cooperation can promote the formation of positive academic self-concept in high school students,and whether feasible incentive strategies can be found.After a year,specific incentive strategies are finally summarized and relevant suggestions are put forward.The investigation results were analyzed by Excel and SPSS22.0system.The research contents are as follows: 1.The concept and mechanism of home-school cooperation are integrated into the research of high school students' positive academic self-concept motivation strategy.2.The effect of incorporating home-school cooperation into high school students' positive academic self-concept.The conclusion of the study is: under the condition that the present situation of home-school cooperation and academic self-concept of high school students in X middle school in Handan city is not ideal,positive home-school cooperation is adopted to carry out the study,and the analysis of the research results shows that positive home-school cooperation is beneficial to the cultivation of positive academic self-concept of high school students,and explores the following: 1.The strategy of carrying out multi-party interview and all-round understanding 2.The strategy of carrying out multi-level and continuous systematic practice training 3.The strategy of establishing and perfecting home-school cooperation guarantee system is a set of effective strategies to encourage high school students to actively form their academic self-concept,and the key is firm belief and continuous training.Active home-school cooperation is the guarantee.The result of practical research is consistent with the expectation.On this basis,it is proposed that:School cooperation horizon,at home,parents and teachers have the responsibility to have the ability to motivate high school students a positive academic self concept,establish a sound system of parent-school cooperative,diversified parent-school cooperative way,will the parents take to the school classroom,teach the parents how to help children to grow up,teach children to do things right thinking and stimulate their potential,Finally realize our educational goal----cultivate lifelong independent learners and real people in line with the requirements of The Times.
