Teacher exchange system is a new form of education system,which aims to realize the balanced development of education and educational equity through teacher flow.The exchange of famous teachers can not only realize the balance of teachers,but also become a new way to improve the quality of education with first-class teachers.The driving and leading of famous teachers are not limited to the forms of “famous teacher studio” and “class teacher demonstration”.The “Famous Teacher Exchange” activity carried out in Area B of City A is another form of driving and leading by famous teachers.Since the “Famous Teacher Exchange” activity in Area B of City A,the exchange teachers of various schools have radiated to the exchange school through the inter-school exchanges in the district.However,many problems have appeared in the process of communication such as the difficulties of work promotion,unsatisfied quality of communication and so on.All of the above situation provide an entry point for this research.At the same time,as a front-line teacher,the author herself deeply understands the urgency and necessity of the reform of the “famous teacher exchanges” system.In view of this,this paper intends to carry out the in-depth research on the exchange of famous teachers in Area B of City A.This study adopts literature research method and investigation method.First of all,the literature about the communication between teachers and famous teachers in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad are reviewed.Secondly,questionnaires and interview questions were designed.Again,100 teachers from 5 schools in the district who did not participate in the exchange participated.56 teachers who exchanged and 200 students randomly selected in grades 5-6 conducted a questionnaire survey on the specific situation of “teachers exchanges”,and exchanged teachers and potential communication teachers and B district education bureau staff for 15 participating teachers.Two of the principals of the five schools(including the vice-principal and the middle-level leaders)conducted in-depth interviews and obtained research data.Finally,the SPSS software is used for data analysis to obtain objective research,such as the teacher's understanding of the exchange system,the teacher's willingness to exchange,and the implementation effect of the teacher exchange system.The study found that the following problems existed in the implementation of “famous teacher exchanges”: First,there are value orientation problems in the implementation of "Famous Teachers' Crouching Point Exchange".Secondly,there are problems of policy propaganda,compulsory intervention,and professional guidance of famous teachers,territorial management and assessment of teachers in schools.Thirdly,in the field of education administration,there are problems of the definition and supervision of "famous teachers" and the lack of policies.The effective measures to solve the above problems are as follows: First,for the teachers themselves,it is necessary to establish the teacher's main position,improve the overall awareness of the teachers,clarify the correct value orientation,and enhance the moral sense of the teachers;Secondly,in terms of schools,respect the willingness of the exchange subjects and assist the educational administrative department to do a good job of connecting up and down.Finally,the local education administrative department should continuously improve the system of “famous teacher stationed exchange”,not only to improve the supporting mechanism of the teacher exchange system,but also to rely on the law to establish policy support.
