| As an important concept in reception aesthetics,the theory of horizon of expectation plays an important role in the development of literary theory.With the deepening of research,its unique value also has an important impact on Chinese education and teaching.Modern and contemporary prose in senior high school is one of the main contents of students’ reading and learning.Different from other genres,modern and contemporary prose is relatively short in but embodies the author’s unique and strong personal feelings about life.It is very literary and aesthetic,and plays an important role in the developing of students’ knowledge,ability and emotion.Besides,the new curriculum standard reading teaching pays attention to students’ subjective reading and aesthetic experience,emphasizes students’ personalized and creative reading,and pays attention to the interactive generation of reading teaching.However,in the practical teaching of modern and contemporary prose in senior high school,teachers and students are dominated by utilitarianism,which leads to the loss of students’ subjective reading.The solidification of the teaching mode of modern and contemporary prose reading leads to the singleness of teacher teaching and student learning.The lack of quality and ability of teachers and students leads to the increasingly prominent problems of teaching and learning.This provides a space to guide the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading with the theory of horizon of expectation.The theory of horizon of expectation holds that the ‘horizon of expectation’ formed by the comprehensive factors such as readers’ cognitive level,accumulation of quality and aesthetic experience affects the comprehension degree and acquisition of significance of literary works,and even affects the whole reading process.This kind of expectation horizon theory with the reading subject as the center provides a new horizon for the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading,and also has a profound guiding significance for us to seek the way out of the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading in senior high school.Based on the theory of horizon of expectation and modern and contemporary prose in senior high school,this paper investigates modern and contemporary prose and its reading teaching in senior high school from multiple angles by using the theory of horizon of expectation,and finally puts forward practical reading teaching strategies.Therefore,this paper discusses from five parts:In chapter one,from the theoretical origin,concept definition,basic concepts and characteristics of the theory of the horizon of expectation,to make a whole clear understanding of the horizon of expectation horizon and to explore the value of it.The second chapter,on the basis of the above theoretical elaboration,from the two levels of prose value and prose teaching,analyzes and discusses the convergence point of the theory of horizon of expectation,and clarifies the feasibility of the theory of vision of expectation guiding the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading in senior high schools.n of reading teaching of modern and contemporary prose in senior high school.The third chapter,on the basis of the questionnaire,combined with relevant researches,analyzes the current situation of reading teaching of modern and contemporary prose in senior high schools,and makes clear the problems and causes of reading teaching of modern and contemporary prose in senior high schools.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the above mentioned,combined with relevant classroom teaching examples and theories,explores the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading in senior high schools from the theoretical perspective of expectation horizon,and provides relevant teaching strategies for teachers.The fifth chapter combines the theory of horizon of expectation and relevant reading teaching suggestions put forward in this paper,takes "Puppy Brother" as an example to carry out teaching practice and teaching reflection,and deeply understands the practicality of horizon of expectation theory guiding the teaching of modern and contemporary prose reading in senior high schools. |
