The full implementation of Mathematics Curriculum Reformation of the compulsory education promote the further development of the mathematics curriculum. The textbooks is the written material of basic content about the teaching and learning, and it has an important role in guiding the formation of the knowledge structure of students and teachers and the teaching process of teachers, and is the main methods to achieve objective of teaching and the core of teaching reform. A comparative study of different versions of the materials may absorb their respective advantages and effectively promote the development and perfection of teaching reformation and curriculum reformation. Teachers are the perpetrators of the new curriculum, only deeply understand the intention of teaching materials, we can really achieve purposes of the implementation of the new curriculum ideas.
