The optimization and reform of primary school physical education curriculum has always been an enduring topic.With the progress of the times,primary school students,as the hope of the country,have been valued by all walks of life.However,Wushu course,as a sports item highlighting China's characteristics,should become the first choice for optimization and reform.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize the content of Wushu course.This paper attempts to combine the characteristic boxing in Xi'an with the Wushu curriculum content of the new curriculum standard,and with reference to the Wushu content in the book of physical education and health teachers,to summarize a set of Wushu content more suitable for the learning of Wushu curriculum in primary schools in Xi'an.Through the questionnaire survey this paper analyzes the martial arts content in the physical education curriculum teaching materials currently used in primary schools in Xi'an.Through the questionnaire survey and well-known expert interview of primary school teachers and students,this paper also makes a field investigation of some primary schools in Xi'an.It finds the contents that need to be optimized in the implementation of Wushu curriculum content,The conclusions are as follows:1.As the most representative textbook edition in Xi 'an,the teaching content of Martial arts still has some problems to be optimized;Most teachers do not make full use of the reference to the teaching materials,and even a few teachers completely ignore the teaching materials.2.There is a serious discrepancy between the degree of love and understanding of the history and culture of martial arts among primary school students,and the current teaching content of martial arts cannot meet the needs of primary school students to learn the history and culture of martial arts;Teachers think it is necessary to add wushu theory to the teaching content of wushu.3.It is very necessary for teachers to add basic skills,basic movements and competitive routines to the teaching content of wushu.Teachers think it is very important to systematically learn the basic movements of martial arts.4.Teachers and students have a high understanding of red boxing and Taijiquan,which are featured in Xi 'an,and the teaching content is in high demand;The most representative characteristic boxing of Xi 'an is red boxing and Taijiquan.5.Boxing with high requirements is not necessarily suitable for students at all levels.Students at different stages are suitable for the teaching of special boxing combinations with different contents.6.Teaching situation analysis should be fully implemented,and teachers should add wushu culture and wushu theory teaching into the teaching content of wushu in primary schools.We should make full use of teaching materials and choose more suitable teaching content with the help of Internet.The teaching content of different difficulty should be selected for students at different stages.7.The optimization should fully implement the learning situation analysis,select the content that stimulates students' interest,and add local characteristic boxing into the teaching content;The content should be arranged in line with the physical development of students.8.The optimization should fully reflect the systematic content,should take martial arts theory knowledge as the primary learning content;The basic skills of wushu should be reasonably arranged in the teaching content from easy to difficult.
