Classical Chinese is one of the excellent traditional cultures in China,which contains the immortal Chinese civilization and precious humanistic spirit.With the progress and development of society,there is a growing demand to carry forward and inherit the excellent traditional Chinese culture.The design of the unified edition of junior middle school Chinese textbooks reflects this demand.However,the creation of classical Chinese has a long history,and teachers' teaching and students' learning are affected by many factors,which makes it difficult to learn classical Chinese,and classical Chinese teaching needs to be reformed.As a new teaching mode,project-based learning is guided by the cultivation of students' core literacy,guided by the way that teachers raise driving problems,and based on the process of in-depth and continuous exploration.Based on diversified evaluation,it produces learning results,continuously improves Chinese teaching,improves students' subject core literacy,and conforms to the educational concept of the new curriculum reform.It has been introduced into the classical Chinese teaching of junior middle school.Based on the characteristics of the selected texts of classical Chinese in junior middle school in the unified edition and the analysis of teaching examples,the project-based learning design framework with the theme of "tracing ancient customs and understanding emotions" is constructed with the classical Chinese text in unit 6 of Volume 1 of Grade 8 of the unified edition as the main teaching content.The project-based learning and teaching practice of classical Chinese was carried out in a middle school in X city.Follow the research process of learning process design-Implementation-achievement display-evaluation,associate the ability of thinking development,writing improvement,expression and communication,cultivate students' Chinese core literacy,and carry out teaching reflection according to the research results and teaching practice results,in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for the project-based learning in the classical Chinese teaching of junior middle school.
