College Student Assistant Head Teacher System refers to a way for the College Student Assistant Head Teacher group to intervene in the management of college students and assist counselors or head teachers in the management,education and guidance of junior students.Previous studies mostly cited the theories of "peer education" and "example education" to empirically analyze the content,implementation effectiveness and problem countermeasures of the system.This study adopts the method of case study,selects T school,a Local Undergraduate University in Hunan Province as the research object,and obtains the first-hand research data through in-depth interview,participatory observation and physical analysis.Through the analysis of the system development,practice process and practical dilemma of College Student Assistant Head Teachers,this paper uses informal relations to explain the group characteristics,practice process and practical dilemma of "class assistance".This study found that the "College Student Assistant Head Teacher" in T school is developing from a temporary and alternative group to an important part of the ideological and political education work force of college students,and has evolved into a formal student management system-"cultivation Educational Counselor" system.However,in the actual process,the "Assistant Head Teacher of College students" in T school and the freshmen are not a formal relationship stipulated by contract,but an informal relationship formed based on emotion and trust mechanism.On the one hand,the "College Student Assistant Head Teacher" has established a "quasi-kinship"relationship with the freshmen by actively providing social support,emotional comfort and maintaining class stability to the freshmen."Passing on the sense of responsibility,dedication and gratitude from generation to generation has become the core of the"college student assistant head teacher" culture.On the other hand,in the process of implementing this system,T school exposed the problems of artificiality,lag and randomness in its administrative management system,which also led to the "College Student Assistant Head Teacher" facing unstable identity,limited ability and morality in practice.Risks and other real dilemmas.Therefore,college student management needs to pay attention to the special role of informal relations between students,strengthen the construction of school college linkage mechanism of student management,and establish a scientifically designed system to ensure that informal relations play a positive role.Taking the College Student Assistant Head Teacher in T school as an incision,this study also discusses the characteristics and current situation of governance in Local Undergraduate Universities.In the process of comprehensive transformation to a highlevel comprehensive university,its governance level is also developing towards modernization.The ideal bureaucratic system with clear division of labor,high efficiency and transparency has become its goal.However,in practice,it will be found that "relationship" and emotion still play an important role in the governance of the Local Undergraduate University,which is the modern embodiment of the "diversityorderly Structure" of traditional China.It is not only an effective way of governance to overcome the rigid with "softness",but also a way to realize the accumulation of social capital.However,only by ensuring that the bureaucratic system is flexible,transparent and open,can it play a positive role.
